With modern education gradually opening and humanism being pounded,People have a stronger sense of mastership and demoncracy.Obviously,we can find out the shortcomings made and caused by the traditional teachers'managerment more clearly.Especially in the time of the knowledge economy,lots of workers and engineers who have creative spirit are needed in our modern construction.Our teachers should carry out the task.In order to satisfy the need,the essay will put forward the idea of "Humanism" in moderm teachers' managerment.This means that the headmasters should do everything based on the teachers development,respect the teachers' mastership position,value their personality and stimulate their potential.Humanism should be displayed in the teachers' management.As a result,the teachers can self-eduction,self-develop,and self-improve.The author thinks it inevitable and urgent to carry on the idea of humanism in the teachers' managerment of the general high school. The essay reveals the disadvantages of present teachers'management in the general high school. There exists the hub of the authority.The headmasters take the systems seriously instead of the teachers and hold extreme views of the students' main parts.In view of this situation and in order to practise the humanism of the teachers' management of the general high school,the essay will also refer to useful countermeasures according to main part principle,democraticy principle, personality principle, encouragement principle and so on.The countermeasures read as follows: First,Actively frame humanistic compus culture. Second, Completely consider what the teachers want and need. Arouse their motives in a positive way. Third, Democratic management should be put into effect. Fourth, Carry out a FLAT or PATTERN orgornization. Fifth, Practise concrete and effective teachers' management. Sixth, Reasonably form a humanistic evaluating system. Seventh, Pay close attention to the teachers' growth in speciality.
