The Logic And Strategy Of Community Anti-Drug Social Work In The Context Of "Wushe Linkage"

In recent years,community governance at the grassroots level has received increasing attention from the academic community,especially under the current refinement requirements for the governance of major public health events,community governance models and working methods have been continuously proposed and improved,and the focus of research on community governance,or the development of community governance as it is called,has gradually shifted to multiple governance.As a special area of community governance,antidrug work has always maintained high standards for community actors,and as more and more governance actors participate in community governance,what impact will this have on community anti-drug work? What kind of inspiration does the increasingly refined and professional community governance trends and mechanisms provide for improving community anti-drug governance?This paper takes community anti-drug governance in P street of C city in Hubei province as the research object.Based on the background of “Wushe linkage” governance and guided by polycentric governance theory and social-ecological system theory,this paper compares the logic of social work intervention in community anti-drug governance and proposes“Wushe linkage” service strategy for community anti-drug social work.The article firstly clarifies the research idea and the research strategy.The article first clarifies the research approach and methodology,and then compares domestic and international research on community anti-drug,anti-drug social work,and “Wushe linkage”,and analyzes the experience of community anti-drug work in P Street,and finds that before “Wushe linkage”was proposed We also analyze the reasons for the stagnation of the development of the main body and the inadequacy of the operation mechanism in the grassroots anti-drug social work.Subsequently,we propose a framework for social work participation in community anti-drug governance under the logic of contingency,and analyze the service strategies of social work in promoting the development of multiple subjects in the context of “Wushe linkage” from different levels.In micro governance,the strategy is to enhance the capacity of social work,highlighting the professional status of social work in the pluralistic subjects,and enhancing the capacity of other pluralistic subjects to improve their governance activities.At the meso level,we take linkage as the strategy,emphasize the collaboration and linkage of multiple subjects in the process of governance,improve the mechanism of power division,information linkage and supervision and guarantee,and provide the basic path for smooth multiple interaction.At the macro level,advocacy is the core,expanding the network of linkages,using society as a larger platform,promoting the professionalization and professionalization of social work,and advocating the improvement of the content and methods of anti-drug advocacy in society.From identifying problems and analyzing their causes to proposing action logic and exploring service strategies,this paper provides a comprehensive and systematic description and summary of a service pathway to achieve the reintegration of community-based drug rehabilitated persons into a normal life.Only by continuously improving the linkage framework and clarifying the powers and functions of each body can we perform our respective roles and pool our efforts to provide scientific,professional,and efficient governance for community-based drug rehabilitation work.
