Research On Quality Development Education For Students In Vocational Colleges

Quality development is conducive to the formation of harmonious interpersonal relationship among college students,the cultivation of team spirit of class members,the training of healthy and positive personality traits of students,and the achievement of effective class cohesion and effective implementation of class activities.It is beneficial to the effective improvement of comprehensive quality of higher vocational college students.Therefore,the implementation of quality development education has become a major way to help students to develop comprehensively.However,in the face of different levels of education objects,the implementation effect of quality development education is often different.Compared with undergraduate students,the achievement of quality development education for higher vocational students would not be perfect in the same level.Higher vocational education emphasizes much on students’ practical skills rather than students’ comprehensive quality.Hence,it is still an important practical issue that need to be explored continuously that how to deepen quality development education reform under the new situation,to expand the ways and means of quality development education,and to build a characteristic quality development system of vocational college student in view of the current vocational college teaching system.Therefore,the author takes the Xiang Yang vocational and technical college as an example,exploring the questions of quality development education of vocational college through the research methods like questionnaire,interview,and case analysis,etc.Through taking the college as the sample,and based on the studies on students’ comprehensive evaluation on college’s quality development education implementation,and the interviews for some school teachers,as well as the summary of questionnaire results and interview contents,the current quality development education situation of vocational college can be fully understood and grasped.It is sorted out that there are some problems and deficiencies among current vocational college quality development education,such as lacking a relatively systematic and authoritative quality development system to guide development,etc.Later on,based on related research results,the author put forward many strategies,including building quality development education mode,optimizing the quality-oriented education,enhancing the construction of professional team,enriching the development content,and strengthening policy safeguard mechanism,etc.,so as to promote the effective implementation of "quality development" education program in vocational colleges,and truly improve students’ comprehensive quality.
