Research On The Solutions Of School Enterprise Cooperation To Promote Employment Guidance In Higher Vocational Colleges

Nowadays,the employment problem has become the focus of social concern.In recent years,all sectors of society have strongly supported it and relevant laws also have issued it,but it can not stop the pressure of college enrollment.As the employment number has risen year by year,the employment pressure is invisible in the school and the student.In the course of the implementation of the policy,the annual number of graduates are more than the previous year,they need more schools to have a good career guidance system to lead them out of the woods.At present,the cooperation between colleges and enterprises has become the norm,in this context,colleges and universities to carry out employment guidance work is different from the past,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for them.This research is under the background of 3 vocational colleges' employment guidance in Wuhan,Hubei Province,putting forward countermeasures to promote the cooperation of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges,hoping for the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges can develop gave their better strength.In this study,the writing mainly adopts the literature analysis method,investigation method,case analysis method,3 vocational colleges in Wuhan city as the research object are carried on the investigation to the employment guidance work,through questionnaires and interviews,to find 3 institutions common problems,then,to analyze the problem of these 3 universities occupation guidance,to combine with China's situation,finding out the corresponding countermeasures to promote the cooperation of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges.Based on the above research ideas,this article is divided into the following sections besides the preface and conclusion:The first part analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the employment guidance of college enterprise cooperation.Based on the basic theory,it is proved that it is feasible to obtain employment guidance.In order to alleviate the employment situation of the graduates in higher vocational colleges,to meet the needs of the reform of the employment system,and to meet the requirements of the development of the times,the paper analyzes the necessity of the employment guidance of the school enterprise cooperation in three aspects.The second part introduces the current situation of China's higher vocational colleges employment guidance work,the three aspects of the work are from the lack of diversity,team construction and the discipline construction level is not high,the lack of students'employment psychology effectively guide.In the third part,the author introduces the general situation of the higher vocational colleges and the cooperative enterprises in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and explains the reasons for the selection of the 3 colleges in the present study.From the three aspects of employment guidance course,teachers and students of these 3 vocational colleges to investigate and analyze the problems.From the investigation of the employment guidance course in the school curriculum,learned that class is too late and the period is non-compliance,the textbook is practical difference,employment guidance teachers are form and the lack of diversity;Fromthe analysis of the basic situation of the employment guidance teachers,it can be seen that the school has fewer number of full-time teachers,teachers employment structure the guidance does not match the employment guidance,teacher mobility,teacher management mechanism is not perfect;From the investigation and analysis of students,employment guidance mode exists partial traditional content,guiding the lack of diversity,the school neglects the entrepreneurship education,the work of school enterprise is still in the low level the lack of cooperation,again tracking investigation on graduates employment dynamic problems.The fourth part analyzes the reasons of the vocational guidance of the 3 schools in Wuhan.The main reasons for this study are as follows:(1)the lack of clear objectives of Vocational colleges.In this work,the school and the enterprise often show the phenomenon that they are divorced from the reality and the fuzzy goal,the content is lack of diversity,and it is not suitable for the development of the society.(2)there is a fault in the teachers themselves.Because of the tremendous changes in the nature of the three schools,the school has reduced the recruitment of teachers and also cut the number of teachers.However,with the widespread concern of vocational education and the improvement of the status of vocational education,the school has begun to recruit teachers.In this case,some schools in order to speak,ignoring the rational planning of the structure of teacher team,blindly to hire a bunch of in line with the requirements of the staff,which makes teachers appear obvious structure does not match the problem.(3)the relevant legal documents are not perfect.The government has not issued the relevant documents,and school enterprise cooperation in the work of employment guidance and relevant government legal system about the cooperation itself has many problems,the problems of its own potential has influence on the development of employment guidance.(4)no adequate source of funds.In the actual survey,it can be seen that the government is not strong enough to support the funding of these 3 schools enterprise cooperation,because there is not enough financial support,the school is difficult to pay attention to this work.In addition,in the process of running,the funds are mainly out of school,the enterprises do not invest too much money,which makes the burden of this school work too great.(5)students'thinking is not correct.Graduates of higher vocational colleges often have two kinds of extreme personality types,or else they underestimate themselves too much.Under the background of the cooperation between enterprises and colleges,the employment guidance work of 3 higher vocational colleges is often difficult to carry out,and the students often adopt the attitude of refusing to cooperate.(6)the employment service management system is not perfect.The results from the survey to teachers and students is relatively low,the employment guidance of teachers was difficult to deal with this work,in addition,the fault phenomenon appeared in the executive departments of distribution of tasks,making the grass-roots staff to fulfill this task.The career guidance service system of the 3 colleges and universities is mainly constructed from the inside of the school.The fifth part summarizes the countermeasures to promote the school enterprise cooperation employment guidance,a new idea is put forward to construct the occupation guidance in higher vocational colleges,the build times,full of people post matching concept,establish the concept of keeping pace with the times,in the occupation guidance to schools with the needs of the market requirements,the actual situation of school enterprise cooperation to be change to update the work content,strengthen the school's vitality;The effective operation of the work of the government and society need to work together,schools,enterprises and students,school enterprise cooperation is the main employment guidance although the school and enterprise cooperation is dominant,but in fact this work also relates to other stakeholders in addition to the two abroad;This work will be match for the ultimate goal,in the formulation of the work,but also promoting employment to matching for the purpose,to lead the effective operation of the whole work.Two is that the path to improve the employment guidance work in higher vocational colleges,through paying attention to the construction of employment guidance curriculum,improving teachers' professional level,strengthening the cooperation and exchanging with the employer and the establishment and perfection of the employment guidance service system to improve its path.The three is that to promote the effective integration of enterprise cooperation of employment guidance,through the creation of mechanism and structure of school enterprise cooperation,the development of effective integration of enterprise cooperation and employment guidance work principle,the school enterprise cooperation as a bridge to strengthen students' ideological construction,the school enterprise cooperation to carry out entrepreneurship education as the carrier,to the school enterprise cooperation as the goal to strengthen the building of the contingent of teachers,to hire professional employment guidance team to complete the effective integration.
