The convening of the 19 th National Congress has pointed out a new direction for further strengthening the integration of production and education in universities in the new era.The integration strategy of production and education has become a booster for education and industrial development.Applied universities are training skilled talents for local economic development.At the same time,it is necessary to combine the education within the school with local industry.It is the proper meaning of the applied undergraduate to jointly cultivate high-quality talents that meet the market demands.At the same time,with the introduction of the country's policy documents for the construction of teaching staff,the importance of teachers in the construction of colleges and universities has become more prominent.Teachers are not only a bridge between colleges and students,but also a business card for a university.Under the new background of the integration of production and education,the application-oriented university is a school that specializes in cultivating high-level skilled talents.It has positive theoretical and practical significance to establish a teaching staff of integration of production and education.Firstly,this paper expounds the significance of establishing a integration of production and education teaching staff,and emphasizes the necessity and importance of reforming the teacher staff,then proposes that the stage of teacher career development and dual-factor theory are the theoretical basis of teaching staff's construction.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,the information of the teachers' questionnaire and students' questionnaire in the Hubei Provincial Applied Universities Alliance are taken as the research sample,and know the current status of teacher construction in applied universities,then analyze the data,understand the real demands of teachers in the background of the integration of production and education,and explore the existence of the problems during the establishment of the integrated teaching and learning faculty.The problems are: the imbalance of the faculty structure,heavy research and light practice in teacher recruitment,the single approach of teachers' social practice,the insufficient number of part-time teachers,the imperfect teacher evaluation and incentive system,and analyze the reasons of the problem.Thirdly,combined with the case analysis method,taking the successful plan of college teachers' construction in the ‘13th Five-Year' Applied Undergraduate Production and Education Integration Development Project as a case,to obtain the inspiration from the five stages of teacher career development: in the teacher recruitment stage,pay attention to full-time and part-time combination;in the talent introduction stage,combine the school with enterprises;in the pre-service education stage,both theory and practice are equal;in the employment appointment stage,the teaching ability and the practical ability are equal;in the job training stage,the academic promotion and professional training both emphasis.Finally,based on the results of questionnaire survey and related case analysis,the teacher career development stage theory and two-factor motivation theory are used to put forward some suggestions: cultivate teachers' pre-service social practice consciousness,attach importance to teachers' on-the-job practice improvement and improve teachers' post-employment assessment and supervision.These suggestions are for reference to establish an integrated production and education teaching staff for applied universities in China.
