With the revision of the private education promotion law,the formulation of One Belt And One Road national strategy and the comprehensive opening of the two-child policy,education industry has ushered in an unprecedented opportunity.The competition for core talents in this industry is extremely fierce,and the way and effect of incentive for core talents are the keys to attracting and retaining talents,which is the intellectual guarantee for enterprise development.PH Group encountered the talent bottleneck in this kind of transformation and development.PH Group's talent incentive problem is the research subject of this thesis.This paper based on the comprehensive compensation theory,talent management theory,incentive theory,it discusses the core talent comprehensive compensation design scheme by using the methods of literature research,benchmarking analysis and the case of industry benchmark.At first,this paper expatiates on the mode and basic theory research of enterprise comprehensive compensation design at home and abroad,and expounds the system and meaning of comprehensive compensation design.Then it analysis the internal and external environment of overall corporate compensation design as well as PH Group's organization structure and management status quo of core talents.The status can be summarized as: examination becoming a mere formality,career development,compensation less competitive fuzzy,lack of emotional care and other issues.Finally,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the overall remuneration of core talents of PH Group and puts forward the idea of comprehensive compensation design scheme by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of core talent management of PH Group.In addition,a comprehensive solution is proposed for the implementation and application of the scheme from two aspects: monetary elements and non-monetary elements.This paper also proposes the prospect and plan for the future development of PH Group incentive management.The results of this study will hopefully solve the problem of talent incentives for the PH Group,help enterprises attract external talents,motivate and retain internal core talents,and help the PH Group's business to promote rapid development in a sustainable manner.
