The prevention and control of school bullying in primary and secondary schools has become a hot topic in today's society and has become the focus of widespread concern.But,due to the lack of recognition of this behavior by written regulations,paying attention to the concept of intellectual neglect of moral education in primary and secondary schools,and the lack of family education in this area,it has created an embarrassing situation that cannot be relied upon and has no rules to follow.The American school bullying prevention measures firstly improve the school bullying legislation system from the government level to provide legal protection for school management.The school level is based on this to improve the home-school cooperation and teacher training system,while the family as an extension of school education,based on school education.Through the improvement of family communication and interaction,we will deepen the prevention and control system of home-school intervention.Thereby better providing a continuous reserve force for school education.Therefore,learning from the prevention and control methods of bullying in the American school has important practical significance for the relevant experience of prevention and control of school bullying.From the perspective of the bullying prevention strategy in primary and secondary schools in the United States,based on the basic situation of bullying in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad,it is found that there are scarce and unreasonable points in the management and home-school cooperation between primary and secondary schools,such as the class system and the lack of family education.Unreasonable placement system and lack of family education,etc.In view of such issues,we focus on the following aspects: In the current situation of bullying in the American school,the lack of targeted bills and the issue of school control are urgent issues to be solved in the United States today.The identification of school bullying on the United States suggests a comprehensive analysis of physical bullying,psychological bullying,the form and time of school bully,and also provides a good paradigm for the identification of bullying in China.From the analysis of correlation factors,it is found that the early traumatic experience,the alienation of the family environment and the lack of targeted bills are the key factors that cause bullying.In this regard,in the specific countermeasures of bullying prevention in the United States,combined with relevant cases,it is found that the improvement of the juvenile justice system,the coordination and communication mechanism inside and outside the school,and the improvement of the parent training system are the main countermeasures for the prevention and control of bullying in the United States.In the part of countermeasures reflection and reference,based on the actual needs of China's school bullying prevention and national legislation,we will take into account all aspects of the factors,and propose improvements to school bullying prevention measures,such as improving national legislation,strengthening teacher training mechanisms and abandoning the wrong educational philosophy and so on.
