| Since the beginning of 2005,the “Sunshine Sports Activity on Campus” has been gradually carried out nationwide.Many scholars have conducted many researches from perspectives of the form,content and students’ physical health on sports activity during big class break,who never paid attention to whether sports activity during big class break could make a impact on students’ subsequent cultural learning;At the same time,the problems of students’ lack of concentration in the classroom are gradually loom large,and the related experimental research is still in the exploratory stage.Therefore,the author has opened up a new research perspective and turned to exploring the interrelationship between the sports activity during big class break and students’ concentration in classroom,hooping to improve and develop the previous studies.This thesis adopts the methods including literature data,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.By conducting a 8-week experiment among the 96 high school students in the first grade in Wuxi Shibei Senior Middle School,it explores the difference of effect of various types of sports activity during big class break training on the concentration in classroom.Aimed at looking for sports activity during big class break maximize to improve students’ concentration in classroom,and provide reference basis for the implementation plan of sunshine sports activity on campus.Result:1.Before and after the sports activity during big class break in the basketball class,the total score of the concentration in classroom group of the boys in the experimental group showed a significant increase,while the girls showed a downward trend,and there was no significant difference between the different genders(P>0.05);the male group stimulation The filtering and competition options showed an upward trend,and they all had significant differences(P<0.05).The sensory control of the male group and the female group’s stimulation filtering,sensory control and competitive selection showed an upward trend,and the working memory of male and female groups showed a downward trend.There was no significant difference(P>0.05);the improvement effect of male and female in the two dimensions of stimulation filtering and competition selection showed significant differences between different genders(P<0.05).2.Before and after the sports activity during big class,the total scores of the male and female students in the experimental group showed an upward trend,and there was no significant difference between different genders(P>0.05).The sensory control of the female group was significant.Sexual increase(P<0.05);male group stimulation filtration,sensory control,working memory and female group stimulation filtering,working memory showed an upward trend,male and female group competition selection showed a downward trend,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the improvement effect of male and female in sensory control dimension showed significant difference between different genders(P<0.05).3.Before and after the sports activity during big class break in the broadcasting gymnastics class,the total score of the concentration in classroom group of the boys in the experimental group showed a downward trend,while the girls showed an upward trend,and there was no significant difference between different genders(P>0.05).The filtration showed a significant increase(P<0.05).The competitive selection of the male students and the competition and the working memory of the female group showed an upward trend.The stimulation,sensory control,working memory and sensory control of the male group showed a downward trend.There was no significant difference(P>0.05);the improvement effect of male and female on the stimulation filter dimension showed a significant difference between genders(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Basketball and running sports activity during big class break can improve the concentration in classroom of high school boys and improve the performance of basketball,the broadcast gymnastics project has no obvious effect on improving the concentration in classroom of high school boys.2,The sports activity during big class break of broadcasting gymnastics and running exercises can improve the concentration in classroom of high school girls and improve the effect of broadcasting gymnastics.,the effect of basketball on the improvement of concentration in classroom in high school girls is not obvious. |
