Objective:ased on the theory of physical education and psychology and taking the urban junior high school students as the object of study,the effects of different recess sports activities on the mood state of urban junior high school students were studied by means of 12-week experimental study.To promote students' physical and mental health by making use of large class sports activity,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of students' core literacy.Mothods:725 seventh and eighth grade junior high school students were selected from three junior middle schools in Jiangsu province.The school is divided into three groups:special large class sports activity group,running exercises big class sports activity group and broadcast gymnastics sports activity group.All groups were given 12-week exercise intervention for 30-min,four times per week for 12 weeks.At the end of the experiment 12 weeks after the experiment,ERQ(Emotion Regulation Questionnaire)and POMS(Profile of Mood States)The effects of sports activities on Profile of Mood States and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire of urban junior high school students were investigated by means of repeated measurement of variance analysis(ANOVA).The influence of Emotion Regulation Questionnaire Mood States of urban junior high school students was also discussed in this paper.Result:l)There were significant differences in TMD[F(2,16)=6.37,P=0.01<0.05],tension[F(2,16)=5.83,P=0.01<0.05],fatigue[F(2,16)=3.86,P=0.04<0.05],and panic[F(2,16)=4.74,P=0.03<0.05]among Junior middle school student between different large recess sports activity.Anger[F(2,16)=1.85,P=0.19>0.05],depression[F(2,16)=1.84,P=0.19>0.05],energy[F(2,16)=2.79,P=0.09>0.05]and self-esteem[F(2,16)=2.13,P=0.15>0.05]were not significantly different from those Junior middle school student 2)Different large recess sports activity have significant effects on the Emotional adjustment strategies[F(2,16)=5.24,P=0.02<0.05]of Junior middle school student.The expression inhibition strategy[F(2,16)=0.23,P=0.80>0.05]was not significant.3)Emotional adjustment strategies play an intermediary role in improving the mood state of Junior middle school student with different large recess sports activity.Conclusions:1)the large recess sports activity can improve the negative mood state of the city Junior middle school student such as TMD,tension,fatigue,panic,and the best results are the sports events of running the large recess sports activity;The main results are as follows:2)large recess sports activity can promote the choice of cognitive re-evaluation strategies for Junior middle school student in the city,and the changes between running exercises and interactive items are the biggest;3)the Profile of Mood States of Junior middle school student was influenced by physical activity through Emotion Regulation Questionnaire...
