In recent years,China's General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education jointly carried out nationwide campus football activities and the system of training football reserve talents,in order to improve the physical and mental health of young people because of the lack of Chinese football reserve talent and bad physical condition of young people.Colleges and universities play a central role in the whole campus football system,but the development of campus football in our country is still in the initial stage.To this end,it is very meaningful to learn from Korea in the aspect of campus football.This paper is about the interviews with a number of college football experts and coaches in the use of the literature material law,method of comparative analysis,questionnaire method,expert interview method,and logical analysis and the objects of study are Chinese and Korean modes of campus football development.Through the comparative analysis of Chinese and Korean campus football organization,objectives,the situation of campus football league and college high level football team,college football training and popularization,we find the deficiency of Chinese college football.Finally,the author puts forward some ideas on developing the transportation mode of football players and its influence by regarding the college as the transit point,the high-level soccer league as the medium and the professional football clubs as the cooperation objects.The conclusions are as follows:1.Due to unclear organizational division,Chinese campus football has a lot of problems.2.China's specific goals for college football is relatively vague,and it is in the lack of cultural learning requirements and detailed implementation plans for young athletes.3.There are large differences among the teams of Chinese college football leagues because colleges and universities do not have a good football talent transport mechanism.4.College enrollment system and the low level of coaches limit the development of college football.5.This study envisages the university as a transit point,high level of football leagues as medium,professional football clubs as places for training and selecting.This kind of transmission has a certain feasibility.6.In terms of Korean mass football,it has strong football culture,higher level of football participation and combination of physical education and cultural education which are worth of learning.Here are some suggestions:1.The development of campus football requires the government's strong support and the community's positive response.We should strengthen the youth football campaign propaganda and expand its influence.2.It is in need of clearing the specific responsibilities of various departments and establishing a sound regulatory mechanism to guarantee football players' training and transferring system which regard colleges and universities as its transfer station.3.We may regard the number of football competition and the competition results of high-level football team as one indicator of the evaluation of college sports work.4.The government may increase the number of colleges and universities which enroll high level of football players and adjust the number restrictions of them,and colleges and universities can establish training and transportation cooperation mechanism with primary schools,secondary schools and professional clubs and increase football related lessons.5.It is useful to improve the professional quality of football teachers and develop a strict coaching system.6.Optimize the football teaching to make college students have a new understanding of football and it leads to good formation of football culture.
