With the development of higher education in our country and the diversification of income channels at colleges and universities,in order to further enhance the overall level of the universities,many colleges and universities are putting the performance salary system into practice.But due to the defects of the system itself,the running resistance and the particularity of university faculty and staff,there are many problems need to be solved within the current pay distribution.It is a realistic and urgent problem,I need to investigate the condition according to the fact in order to help sort out problems that exist in the process of adopting the performance-related pay,and to find out the reasons and then design a set of adjust measures to local conditions.At the same time,it is also the significance of this study.Based on CJ College as an example,I found two major bottlenecks of CJ College performance management through analyzing the problems existing in the process.First,the performance salary system is not reasonable quantitative;second,the performance evaluation system is not perfect and fair enough.According to those problems,in accordance with the principles of fairness,competitive and incentive,the system aims at encouraging talents,promoting the college development and achieving win-win goal.The scheme here points out the one is to improve the system of management,to set up agencies and positions properly.At the same time,this system should make responsibilities and tasks clear;The second is to regulate labor management system,focusing on controlling the total distribution,strengthening the artificial cost control;the third is the distribution policy should be clear and the performance salary structure should be optimize the structure to build a reasonable performance appraisal index system of indicators which should be improved and balanced;In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation,the financial guarantee,system guarantee,moral support and organic safeguards are essential and necessary elements.
