Research Of Online Training Operation Model Of H University Based On Internet Plus

With the Internet plus initiative put forward,the traditional industry combination with the Internet sees a broader prospect.Internet plus education is a new type and more informationalized learning model with the use of Internet technology achieving the integration of technology and education.Online training is one of these models.Ten Years' Development Plan of Education Informatization by the Ministry of Education in 2012 clearly required that information technology and education integrated deeply to provide personalized and flexible learning environment for learners.How to realize the integration of technology and continuing education,to provide people with opportunities for continuing education,to share high-quality learning resources,to build a networked,digital,personalized and lifelong education system,to better serve the construction of learning society where everyone learns anywhere and anytime.Colleges and universities possess resources and school-running basis for launching continuing education,which is also an important responsibility to serve society.Online education of college and universities has seen a rapid development since the Ministry of Education launched modern distance education in 1999.In recent years,H University has vigorously carried out online training closely following the national development strategy and achieved greater progress in the training scale,training mode and training innovation.However,there is gap between H University and universities in developed countries in terms of learning resources,training assessment,quality assurance of online education.Based on online training of H University,the thesis gives an overview of the theories of Internet plus education and online training,and also analyzes the present situation and existing problems of online training of H University.This paper draws lessons from the experiences about online training of college and universities at home and abroad,puts forward the implementation strategies of the online training suitable for H university in terms of hardware facilities,online learning system,learning resources,teaching support service system,evaluation feedback of learning effect and teaching quality guarantee system,and finally states the supporting measures for online training.
