The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020 has disrupted our normal study and life."Suspension of classes without stopping"became the hottest call at that time,and it also pushed online education to the public.In today's information society,online education has become a force that cannot be ignored in the education system by virtue of its own time and space characteristics.The "Internet+Action Plan" proposed in the 2015 government work report means that China has entered the "Internet+,era.The education community immediately paid attention to this plan.From the level of the Ministry of Education,it proposed to promote the Internet through education informatization.Promote the construction of a public service system for lifelong learning under the network environment.In 2017,the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also called for the establishment of a lifelong learning society.Traditional forms of education can no longer meet the people's lifelong learning needs.The development of online education provides an important way to build a lifelong learning society.Since the pilot project was launched in 1999,my country's online education has developed rapidly,and the scale of enrollment has also been expanding.However,in the process of rapid development,due to various reasons,many practical problems have been exposed,such as unsound policies and regulations,improper examination management,and low course quality.These problems have caused the public to be unable to form sufficient trust in the quality of online education in colleges and universities.Therefore,research on how to guarantee the quality of online higher education,how to improve and perfect the quality assurance system of online education in China's universities,is very important for promoting the development of online education in China's universities,enhancing society's trust in online education,and accelerating the establishment of a learning society,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This article comprehensively uses case analysis,normative analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,in accordance with the logical main line of "reviewing development-discovering problems-analyzing problems-learning from experience-proposing suggestions",and discusses the online education of colleges and universities in my country under the background of "Internet +".The quality assurance issue was systematically analyzed.First,it reviewed the development of online education in my country's colleges and universities,analyzed the role of each subject in the online education quality assurance system,and summarized the current quality assurance mechanism of online education in colleges and universities in my country.Secondly,it analyzes the quality assurance of online education in Chinese universities,and conducts research based on actual cases of online education in XX universities.Issues include the lack of sound national policy guidance,the lack of participation of social groups in the system,the lack of flexibility and pertinent standards for curriculum evaluation,the lack of social recognition of the curriculum content and the lack of social recognition of the trained talents.Thirdly,the reasons for the several problems raised are analyzed.After that,through the analysis of mature online education quality assurance systems in the United Kingdom and the United States,summarize their respective characteristics and draw enlightenment for online education in XX universities.Finally,drawing on the successful experience.of foreign countries and combining with the actual situation of our country,we need to improve our country's quality assurance system,introduce third-party evaluation agencies,and formulate different curriculum evaluation standards to propose the quality assurance of XX colleges and universities under the background of"Internet+" policy suggestion.Online education is responsible for the development of educational informatization and is also an important measure for building a learning society.Through the research on the quality assurance of online education in XX colleges and universities,the innovations are mainly reflected in two levels:First,it has established a complete theoretical analysis framework for quality assurance of online education in colleges and universities,breaking through the deficiencies of existing research,and is a practical innovation guided by theory.The second is to draw on the experience of online education quality assurance in foreign universities,and put forward specific and operable policy recommendations for the quality assurance of online education in XX universities,which are policy innovations under comparative analysis.
