The rapid development of economy and society has put forward new requirements for people.The traditional streamlined education model cannot meet the needs of learners.In the Internet age,learners are increasingly demanding personalized services,and they tend to learn in any way they like,anytime,anywhere.New learning methods such as lifelong learning,mobile learning,and fragmented learning provide strong support for personalized learning.However,how to accurately find the required information in the complicated information to achieve meaning construction,and how to make the Internet learning environment a platform to promote self-realization and freely grow the creativity and curiosity of learners has become an urgent problem to be solved.Big data,learning analysis technology,and artificial intelligence have created new ways of development for educational change.Adaptive learning is shifting from academic to application-driven,from academic traction to demand-driven development.In view of this,a research topic of adaptive learning design based on learning analysis is proposed.Adaptive learning design research helps to provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of adaptive learning systems,and to realize the personalization and intelligence of online learning.The article summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of learning analysis and adaptive learning by literature research.In order to understand the individual needs of learners on the online learning platform,a questionnaire survey was conducted on online learners to summarize the learners’ expectations for the online learning platform.In order to plan the adaptive learning design as a whole,the article considers the five dimensions of “what”,“who”,“how”,“why” and “when” to construct an adaptive learning design framework based on learning analysis.And integrate new technologies and new ideas in the era of educational informationization to explain the dimensions.Apply the model to real and context,and consider the results of the questionnaire survey,design “gtstudy” artificial intelligence adaptive learning system,focusing on the learning style,time management,learning path and emotional support functions of the adaptive learning platform.Combined with the case of “gtstudy”,the article further provides reference for the design and development of the adaptive learning platform in the era of “Internet + Education”.Finally,the future development trend of adaptive learning in the era of artificial intelligence is discussed,and the limitations of this research and future research directions are analyzed.This research is to try and explore the value and significance of relevant factors in adaptive learning design by using emerging technologies such as learning analysis,is the application research of adaptive learning design framework in online education.It can be used as the basis for implementing a comprehensive personalized learning platform in subsequent research,and can provide reference for building an educational ecosystem that is personalized,digital,networked,intelligent,and lifelong.
