College students are the pillars of the future construction of the motherland,and college students are in an important stage of physical and mental development,in the learning environment they are facing studies,friends,employment,love and other problems,therefore,have a good physical and mental health quality is an important guarantee for their adult,become.In recent years,college students' psychological health problem has become the focus of attention from all walks of life,in the face of increasingly highlighted the college students' mental health problems,a lot of research on domestic and foreign experts and scholars,some studies found that social support is an important indicator to measure the physical and mental health of college students,and confirmed that the research of social support variables,not only should consider to accept social support important influence on college students' physical and mental health,more want to consider to provide social support is also an important role in college students' physical and mental health.Therefore,this study of Hohhot vocational college students in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,Inner Mongolia normal university undergraduate and graduate students,a total of 600 sports,liberal arts college students as the research object,adopt "social support scale" and "accept social support scale" of sports academic classes different degree analysis of the college students' mental health status of the investigation,further to explore the social support and social support for sports academic classes different degree of influence on the development of the college students' physical and mental health,contribute to improve the level of college students' good mental and physical health.Research results:1.There are differences in the dimensions of social support provided and received by college students with different academic degrees: the utilizationdegree of college students receiving social support is higher than that of undergraduates and postgraduates,and there are significant differences(P<0.05);The degree of objective support provided by undergraduates was higher than that of junior college students,with a significant difference(P<0.01).The degree of subjective support provided by postgraduates was higher than that of undergraduates,with a significant difference(P<0.01),and the degree of initiative to provide support was higher than that of undergraduates,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The initiative of postgraduates in providing objective support,subjective support and support was higher than that of junior college students,with a significant difference(P<0.01).2.There are differences in the dimensions of providing social support and receiving social support among college students of different majors: the initiative of providing support and the utilization degree of receiving support of liberal arts students are higher than that of science students,with significant differences(P<0.01).Physical education undergraduates are higher than science undergraduates in providing objective support and subjective support,with a very significant difference(P<0.01),and higher than science undergraduates in providing support initiative,accepting objective support and accepting subjective support,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The objective support provided by college students of sports was higher than that of liberal arts students,with a very significant difference(P<0.01),and the subjective support and objective support provided by college students of sports were higher than that of liberal arts students,with a significant difference(P<0.05).3.There are differences between college students of different genders in providing social support and receiving social support: the initiative of female college students in providing support is higher than that of male college students,with a significant difference(P<0.05),and the utilization degree of receiving support is higher than that of male college students,with a very significant difference(P<0.01).4.There are differences between the social support provided by college students from different places and the social support they receive: the subjective support provided by college students from urban areas is higher than that from rural areas,with a significant difference(P<0.01);Although the utilization of support among college students from rural areas was higher than that of those from urban areas,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).5.There are differences between the social support provided and received by college students from only-child and non-only-child families: college students from non-only-child families offer more subjective support,offer more active support and receive more subjective support than college students from only-child families,with significant differences(P<0.01).
