With the improvement of China's economic level,the popularization of education has also risen,especially in the high school stage,with the rapid development of education,and the status of secondary vocational education in China has become increasingly high.Shanghai,the largest economic center of China,financial center,shipping center,the social status of secondary vocational education here has been significantly improved with the rapid development of the economy.In today's education system,more and more people will choose vocational education as their way of continuing education or lifelong education.Secondary vocational education as a bridge between junior high school and higher education,not only as a link of learning stage,but also to train important skilled personnel for social construction.It occupies a special position in China's public social relations and plays a connecting role in the modern education system.After the implementation of the subsidy policy for secondary vocational education students in recent years,the relevant state departments are also constantly improving the policy,but there are still some problems in management,such as the management of the qualification review of the recipients is not standardized;the lack of full-time staff in the funding management;Management efficiency is low;funding management lacks social participation;funding management lacks an effective supervision system,which restricts the development of secondary vocational education.Therefore,this paper will conduct some research on the problems existing in the student financial management of secondary vocational schools.According to the student funding situation of secondary vocational schools in Shanghai,through case analysis,summarize and summarize the existing measures and effects in Shanghai,including strict management of funding.Issued in a timely manner;the recipients have strict rigorous management of their school records,reducing the funding loopholes caused by changes in student status;and the social influence of funding management is strong.Combined with the relevant data of the secondary vocational school where I am located,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the current secondary vocational fund management,compares the experience and enlightenment of developed countries,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It is hoped that through this research,it is possible to improve relevant policies more scientifically,and at the same time,to promote the development of secondary vocational education,to contribute to the development of subsidy management for secondary vocational students in China,and also hope that the student funding project can be more perfect.The development of education in our country has contributed to this.
