Technical schools shoulder the heavy responsibility of training high-quality laborers and skilled personnel.We should firmly grasp the direction of service development and employment promotion,deepen the reform of institutional mechanism,innovate various types of vocational education at all levels,adhere to the integration of production and education,the cooperation of schools and enterprises,the combination of engineering and learning.We should also strive to build a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.To achieve the goal of moral education,We ought to achieve the goal of educating people by means of various funding methods,the main connotation of which includes four aspects of content.Firstly,We are responsible for providing related material subsidization,ensure the basic learning and life of students.Secondly,we should expand the helping channels,strengthen the spirit of students,moral and cultural education.Thirdly,we should pay attention to students ' mental health,guide them with ideas,and shape their values.Fourthly,the cultivation of students' ability should be focused on.For technical schools,they should not only ensure the quality of education and teaching,but also need to provide the country with professional and technical people which are of solid skills.The more important task for technical schools is to give full play to the function of moral education and promote the all-round development of students on the basis of perfecting the subsidy system and ensuring the supply of professional and technical talents.The ultimate goal for technical schools is to send numerous ideal,technical,moral,committed,technical personnel to our country.This paper focuses on the current situation and existing problems of thetechnical school to carry out the tasks related to moral education.First of all,the role,importance and particularity of the work of moral education in technical schools are analyzed.Through the research,the author finds that the effective moral educational work in technical schools can guide the thought of aided students,channel the psychological pressure of the funded students to solve psychological problems,it can also stimulate the emotion of the aided students of the technical school.To the technical school to achieve educational equity,the completion of precision help,poor help,wisdom aids inspiration work requirements have a good role in promoting.The technical school has its particularity in the student source,the education and teaching and the financing work.It is necessary to treat and analyze it correctly,and then put forward targeted methods to support the work of aided people and ensure the effectiveness of the moral educational work carried out in technical schools.On the basis of previous research,the author work through literature survey,questionnaire survey,case analysis and interviews to have a rough grasp of the current situation of funding and education work in technical schools,and analyzes it.At present,there are some problems in the moral education work of the technical school such as the imprecision of the mechanism of poor students,lacking of support system for the poor,the separation of the subsidy and the education,and the non-significant effect of improving wisdom and inspiration,cultivation of moral thoughts.This is due to the current technical schools do not have perfect system to identify poor students and lack of professional moral educating team,the education concept in the process of moral education as well as the quantifiable evaluation system to support education.Finally,according to the analysis of the existing problems and the causes of the problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the moral educational work in technical schools and to solve the problems existing in the moral educating work of technical schools.Firstly,we must perfect the criteria for the identification of poor students in technical schools and ensure the precision of the financing work.In view of the students' student origin,social background,mental characteristics and other factors,we attach importance to the innovation of the selection process and method of poor students in technical schools.A dynamic selection system for poor students in technical schools should be established.Secondly,it is necessary to enhance the professional level as well as educational ability and awareness of education of teachers in technical schools.It is also essential to provide professional fundingfor skilled teachers in technical schools to reduce the mobility of teachers and promote the upgrading of teachers ' educational skills in technical schools at same time.Thirdly,we should actively expand the system of help.We should carry out work-building,social practice and other initiatives on the basis of ensuring the material resource.Based on helping students to expand their access channels,students can hone their skills and develop a sense of responsibility and gratitude.Finally,in the light of practical exploration,we should gradually establish an independent work evaluation system oriented to education,so as to ensure the effective use of educational resources in the moral education work.throughout investigation and analysis,the author finds the problem,puts forward the problem,analyzes the problem,and solves the problem thinking logic.We should carry out research on the moral educational work of technical schools so as to promote the development of the education system funded by technical schools,to promote the effective making of educational resources in the moral education of technical schools,and to achieve the effect of moral education.At present,China is in a critical period of socialist development and is in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way.As an important part of vocational education,the technical school needs to channel the basic technology talents for the whole society and the construction of the country.The secondary vocational schools play a vital role in this holy process and the school education undertakes the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality hi-tech builders for the country.The implementation of moral education is related to social harmony and stability,which also has a significant impact on the future and destiny of our country.Moreover,with the rapid development of today's society,both internal and external individuals are facing serious challenges.Therefore,the current talent not only need to have professional knowledge and skills,more importantly,to have the modern society required professional ethics and comprehensive quality.The technical schools not only need to cultivate the ability of students to work,but also need to let them have the courage to forge ahead as well as the spirit of unity and cooperation.What the present society needs is comprehensive talent who dare to go out,take the stage of the world and win honor and benefits for the motherland and people.
