In our country,the core idea of new curriculum reform is:to the revival of the Chinese nation,to the development of each student.In2010,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "National Medium And Long-term Education Reform And Development Plan Outline" also bright put forward: "to take the student as the main body,dominated by teachers,give full play to the initiative of students,to promote the healthy growth of students as a starting point and foothold of all school work.Care about each of the students,promote the development of every student active and lively,respecting the rule of law of education and students' physical and mental development,and provide appropriate education for each student." Classroom is the most important places,at present our country middle school geography study results are directly depends on the success of classroom learning.With the deepening of the curriculum reform,people gradually pay attention to the classroom study.Classroom observation,the traditional evaluation of a new paradigm,is teachers improve work efficiency,improve the classroom teaching level important carrier,gets gradually the favor of more teachers,and has been widely applied.This paper mainly discusses how to apply classroom observation in the high school geography teaching,this research mainly around the following three aspects:(1)In the students' learning goals to achieve,for observation Angle of view,after the trial,revise and perfect the three stages of repeated practice and revision,has formed more perfect,more maneuverability and more accord with the characteristics of geography subject and students in geography classroom observation table;(2)Through the concept of class practice and case analysis,this paper discusses how to combine the high school geography classroom student learning goals to achieve classroom observation form used in the teaching of high school geography classroom listening evaluation;(3)Based on the basis of previous work,summarizes the principles and the use of the geography classroom observation table high school geography classroom student learning goals agreed to observe the function and meaning.Research conclusion of this paper is mainly manifested in the following three aspects:(1)The students of high school geography classroom learning goals to reach a watch list "of the design should be in accordance with the" design watch list-practice again-summary reflection-modify adjustment-testing practice test "process,and repeatedly around view revision and improvement,to draw more operational and targeted geography classroom observation table,so as to provide targeted students in geography class,the actual performance,thus accurately learned that students learning situation,we have achieved the goal of class analysis,reflection and exchanges to provide powerful basis.(2)Use of the high school geography students learning goals to achieve classroom observation table of classroom observation requires a skilled process,in order to better use the watch list,shall follow the principle of the use of:(1)Clear the connotation of the observation point,befamiliar with the operation of classroom observation method;(2)Remember to class in the class and teacher exchanges,faithfully record observations,after-school careful analysis to reflect on the classroom observation trilogy.(3)Students' learning goals to achieve the role of classroom observation in geography teaching and significance mainly embodied in two aspects: Firstly,the students' learning goals to achieve the target of classroom observation can test students to achieve,to help students find specific problems that exist in the study,in order to increase the effectiveness of learning;Secondly,the students learning goals to achieve classroom observation can help teachers find teaching the major problems affecting students learning goals to achieve,more targeted to guide the student to study,at the same time promote the teachers' ongoing self-reflection,to improve their teaching level,promote teacher's professional development.Geography classroom teaching needs classroom observation adapting to the development of a new type of evaluation paradigm.In geography to play the advantages of classroom observation,in the process of evaluation can not only improve the students' classroom learning,improve the quality of geography teachers' teaching,can also promote the development of middle school geography classroom teaching.
