Research On The Financing Strategy Of New Campus Construction Project Of Hunan C College

At present,our country attaches great importance to the stable development of the cause of higher education,the regional colleges and universities enrollment scale expanding year by year,growth in the number of new recruit students for years,many colleges and universities existing infrastructure,hardware equipment is difficult to meet the development of education teaching and scientific research,as a result,many colleges and universities began to extend campus construction,the new campus construction has become one of the many colleges and universities recruit students competitive conditions.Colleges and universities recruit students scale expands gradually,venue,teaching resources,land for the dormitory for colleges,such as equipment and facilities are put forward higher request,many cities for the construction of new campus of colleges and universities has become a major investment projects in colleges and universities,the new campus project needs a lot of money,to ensure the smooth progress of the project,in this context,project financing is an important problem stand out.At present,the traditional government financial allocation and campus funds cannot meet the needs of the new campus construction.In order to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of the new campus construction,colleges and universities should gradually broaden the financing channels,carry out a major reform of the financing mode,compare various financing modes,and choose the most suitable financing mode for the school.This article mainly takes Hunan C College as an example.Discussed the current financing status of the new campus construction project of Hunan C College.It analyzes the problems in the financing process,such as the great risk in each stage of financing,the narrow financing channels,the insufficiently close connection between project financing and project planning,the need to strengthen the college's loan repayment capacity,and the insufficiently scientific financing management of infrastructure construction,and studies the causes.It is found that the problems are caused by the limited financing thinking,poor financial management and control,narrow financing channels and insufficient support from relevant departments.Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various financing modes,this paper adopts the financial analysis method of net present value,internal rate of return and the comparative analysis method of judgment matrix,and finally determines the most suitablefinancing mode combining BOT and fixed asset loan based on the actual situation of the construction project of the new campus of hunan C College.Since then,this paper has explored how to adopt this financing mode to prevent risks in the financing process and how to ensure its implementation.For example,using the BOT model to actively introduce investors to diversify risks and focus on the use of fixed-asset loan funds is good.To prevent risks and ensure the smooth progress of this model,it can provide reference and reference for the financing of other universities in China.The innovation of this article is that for a variety of project financing mode comparison between science,in view of the construction of new campus of hunan C College analyses the suitable combination of different financing modes,this is a new breakthrough,and C college as higher vocational colleges,the construction of new campus construction is different from traditional universities,discusses the financing mode and financing risk management is very necessary,help for vocational colleges in our country construction financing provided the scientific basis and reference.
