At present,China's female labor participation rate ranks among the top in the world,and the overall situation is good,but it still faces some difficulties.Especially the employment gender discrimination in the recruitment process has brought great pressure and injustice to female employment.On the basis of this objective phenomenon,female college students should conduct comprehensive career exploration,objectively evaluate themselves,grasp the changing trend of the workplace environment,improve their comprehensive quality,and do a good job in career planning education.This research takes female college students as the research object,and discusses it from the perspective of career planning education.Taking the theory of "personal match matching","life rainbow" theory and "cognitive information processing" as the starting point,through literature research method and comparative research method.The interview method,the investigation research method and the statistical analysis method are used to explore the influencing factors and influence degree of female college students' career planning education.Through the inquiry,the actual situation of female college students' career planning education is summarized,and problems are found and suggestions are given.This thesis uses the theory of “personal match”,“career rainbow” and “cognitive information processing”as the theoretical basis for research and design,and adopts careerexploration,self-awareness,goal planning,interpersonal relationship,and career planning education structure.Self-improvement and feedback correction are six dimensions,and the design and assumptions of research questions are carried out from three levels: school,family and individual.On the basis of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of career planning education for female college students in three colleges and universities in Changsha.This section draws the following main conclusions: 1.Overall,the current situation of female college students' career planning education is not optimistic,and the overall level is not high.2.From the perspective of personal factors,whether the only child factor has significant differences in the career planning education of female college students;whether the student cadre factor has significant differences in the career planning education of female college students;the professional value factor in the career of female college students There are significant differences in planning education.From the perspective of gender,female college students and male college students have significant differences in the four dimensions of career exploration,self-improvement,goal planning and feedback correction.From the perspective of correlation analysis,the interpersonal relationship dimension has the highest impact on female college students' career planning education;school factors,family factors and personal factors have an impact on female college students' career planning education,but school factors and personal factors Female college students' career planning education has significant correlation.5.In terms of influencing factors,the current school is generally better in the career planning education of female college students,but the degree of teacher specialization and the effectiveness of relevant departments need to be improved;on the family side,female college students communicate with their parents.The situation of occupational information is good,parents have a good guidance,but the family environment has not brought positive and optimistic influence to the career planning education of female college students;on the individual side,female college students have a better understanding of the objective reality of employment discrimination.I have a good sense of the importance and necessity of career planning education,but my self-efficacy is very poor,and my career planning is not strong.In order to better improve the career planning education of female college students,this paper gives suggestions from the school level,family level and individual level: 1.The schoollevel should be turned from point to point,to form a characteristic female college career planning education curriculum system Strengthen the training and construction of professional teachers;break the "formalization" and improve the effectiveness of relevant departments.2.The family level should be connected by points,pay attention to the early vocational education of female college students;create a good family atmosphere,guide female college students' professional interest;cultivate female college students' independent consciousness and planning consciousness;parents should become the strong backing of female college students' career.3.The individual level should be formed by the line,to improve the educational action of career planning;to strengthen the perception of themselves and the surrounding environment;to define career goals;to improve self-efficacy;to optimize their professional values;to improve their awareness of introspection.
