As a professional basic course of vocational education,etiquette course aims to help students master basic etiquette knowledge,interpersonal etiquette and professional etiquette.Let the students learn to learn the etiquette knowledge and skills to apply flexibly in real work and life,improve students 'professional etiquette quality and professional core competitiveness.However,through the investigation,it is known that at present,there are still problems such as unclear training goals,non-specific teaching content,single teaching means,unscientific evaluation methods and insufficient teaching conditions.These problems can cause students to have low interest in learning,lack of awareness and ability to use their studies,and also affect the needs of employers.Therefore,it is imperative to carry out the teaching reform of etiquette course,so how to carry out the teaching reform of etiquette course,so that the course can play its due role,and it is also the goal that our professional educators pursue.Based on the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the mode and strategy of curriculum reform according to the existing problems in the etiquette curriculum of secondary vocational schools.Taking the hotel etiquette course of Guangxi Institute of industrialists as an example,an empirical study was carried out.First of all,with the theme of "the present situation of etiquette teaching in secondary vocational schools",this paper investigates the students,teachers,leaders and persons in charge of employment enterprises in some representative secondary vocational schools in Guangxi.It adopts the method of combining questionnaire survey with interview survey.Through the collation and analysis of first-hand information,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the teaching of etiquette courses in middle vocational schools,analyzes the relevant reasons,and explores the teaching reform mode of etiquette courses on the basis of this,and carries out the test.Through the interpretation of constructivist learning theory,situational cognitive theory and situational teaching model and the reference of previous experience,we find that the workplace situational teaching model can stimulate students 'learning initiative,cultivate students' sense of cooperation,and promote the transfer of students 'knowledge.It is helpful for students to cultivate their comprehensive vocational ability.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the investigation of etiquette teaching in middle vocational schools,this paper tries to apply the situational teaching model in etiquette teaching in order to solve the problems in etiquette teaching.And in the hotel etiquette course pilot implementation,through the implementation of the new teaching model to apply the effect feedback,whether from the satisfaction of enterprises and students or teaching results,compared with the reform before the greater improvement.It has certain reference value and reference value.
