| The students of tourism major in secondary vocational school can learn knowledge and skills through practical training class,which is an important scene for the tourism major to carry out teaching activities.The training classroom environment perceived by the students of tourism major in secondary vocational school can directly affect the students' feelings on the training classroom and the students' operation learning.Therefore,the research on the training classroom environment and its influencing factors is conducive to improving the training classroom environment and improving the teaching effect.This study is based on the theory of psychological field,the theory of need pressure,the theory of human environment and the theory of environmental perception.Based on the mature classroom environment scale,such as scientific laboratory environment scale,classroom environment scale,constructivism environment scale,etc.,and according to the characteristics of vocational tourism specialty,a practical training classroom environment scale of vocational tourism specialty is developed.The scale includes six dimensions: physical environment,technical environment,student cooperation,teacher support,training task and classroom discipline.Among them,physical environment and technical environment are the investigation of the hard environment of classroom teaching,while student cooperation,teacher support,practical training tasks and classroom discipline are the investigation of the soft environment of classroom teaching.Secondly,according to Liu Hua's teaching evaluation scale with the teaching goal as the core,combining the specific characteristics of the practical training courses of the tourism major in secondary vocational school,the paper compiled the teaching effect scale of the practical training courses of the tourism major in secondary vocational school.The scale includes two dimensions: emotional attitude and operational skills.Emotional attitude is mainly to investigate students' attitude towards the practical training classroom,including the sense of learning value,learning satisfaction,etc.;operational skills is mainly to investigate students' learning and mastering of operational skills.The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two scales had good reliability and validity.On this basis,the paper constructs a model of the classroom environment and teaching effect of vocational tourism training and makes a hypothesis.Hypothesis 1: the training classroom environment has a significant positive impact on emotional attitude;hypothesis 2: the training classroom environment has a significant positive impact on operational skills.Then the self-designed scale was used to investigate the tourism students in two secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province.Spss22.0 and amos22.0 were used to analyze the results of the survey,and the final model between the two measurement dimensions of classroom environment and teaching effect was determined.It is found that(1)the training classroom environment has a positive and significant impact on the emotional attitude dimension of teaching effect;(2)the training classroom environment has a positive and significant impact on the operational skill dimension of teaching effect.According to the conclusion that the training classroom environment can have a positive and significant impact on the teaching effect,the author puts forward four suggestions for the improvement of the training classroom environment: first,improve the training classroom environment,improve students' practical interest and level;second,increase the use of information technology,improve students' learning interest;third,play the role of teachers' guidance,promote the improvement of teaching effect;Fourth To implement classroom management and create a relaxed atmosphere for practical training.In order to improve the effect of practical teaching through these measures,and bring inspiration for the construction of practical teaching environment of tourism major in secondary vocational school. |
