Compared with theoretical knowledge,current enterprises pay more attention to the practical operation and business processing ability of employees.What enterprises really need is applied-type secretarial service talents.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate secretarial professional talents to meet the needs of market development.In general,the practical ability of the secretarial students is lacking,and it can not meet the needs of the society.There is a disconnect between the students and the talents of the enterprises cultivated by the secondary vocational schools.Further strengthening the teaching practice is conducive to realizing the goal of training talents in the secretarial education of secondary vocational schools,and adding to the cultivation of skilled secretarial talents.At the same time,it responds to new curriculum reforms and calls for related policies such as vocational education and teacher reform.Situational teaching is to create the real situation in which the actual work is carried out in the teaching process,so that students can carry out theoretical knowledge learning and skill training in a more vivid situation,and guide students to integrate into the created situation to stimulate students' emotional experience..To a certain extent,it meets the needs of the training of professional talents in the secondary vocational school,and it is necessary to integrate with the secretarial education of secondary vocational schools.However,how to apply its validity in the secretarial profession of secondary vocational schools needs to be verified,so it studies the application of situational teaching in the secretarial specialty of secondary vocational schools.In addition,situational teaching puts higher demands on students and teachers of secondary vocational secretarial students.Based on the above,the current status of the teaching of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools,the feasibility,specific design and implementation of the application of situational teaching in the secretarial specialty of secondary vocational schools have become the focus of this research,and to explore how to further improve the situational teaching in the secretarial profession.Applications.This study used the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,and the educational experiment method.A comprehensive analysis of the relevant research status of situational teaching and its application in the secretarial profession,including the status quo of the application of situational teaching in different majors and courses.Through the preparation of the questionnaire on the status quo of the professional courses of the secretarial students of the secondary vocational schools,the author outlines the interviews of the professional teachers of the secondary vocational secretaries,and conducts on-the-spot investigations on the F school of Guangxi secondary vocational schools to reveal the current situation of the practical teaching of the secretarial professional teachers and the learning of the students' courses.The investigation found that the problems in the teaching of secretarial professions in secondary vocational schools are as follows: First,the traditional teaching methods are widely used in the professional secretarial classrooms of secondary vocational schools,and the teaching is not fully integrated with the needs of practical jobs;students' enthusiasm and classroom participation and interaction are more Poor,students' learning effects and study habits need to be improved.Second,there is a disconnect between the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills.The teaching content fails to fully combine the two;the form of curriculum assessment is relatively simple.The third is the improper use of information technology teaching resources.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the teaching of secretarial professions in secondary vocational schools,this study combines situational cognition theory,constructivist theory,and humanistic learning theory,combined with the training of middle-class secretarial professionals,policy reforms related to vocational education,etc.The feasibility of the professional application of the secretarial secretarial is analyzed.Then,the introduction of the situational teaching into the middle school secretarial profession is specifically designed and implemented with the "Secretary Practice" course.The course objectives,course content,teaching evaluation,and teaching process are designed,and the innovative ideas are integrated into the teaching content of the secret-related post situation.Relying on the social situation to show it,while paying attention to classroom teaching in a collaborative way.Taking two parallel classes of the same level of the secretarial profession as the experimental object,under the premise of ensuring the control variables,the two-month teaching implementation of the "Secretary Practice" course was carried out.After the end of the teaching,the implementation results were analyzed by questionnaires,interviews,and multiple performance examinations.The results show that the application of situational teaching has achieved certain teaching results.The enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in the classroom has improved,and the interest in the study of secretarial majors has been significantly improved.The students in the experimental classes in the school have also demonstrated their unique style in many performances,and their self-confidence and cooperation ability have also improved.At the same time,the secretarial professional teachers affirmed the implementation of situational teaching to a certain extent.Finally,this paper puts forward the strategies and practical suggestions for the application of situational teaching in the practical teaching of the secretarial profession in the middle school.In summary,I hope that this research can bring some thinking and reference to the professional secretarial teachers in secondary vocational schools,and further enrich the research of situational teaching in the field of secretarial professional.
