Under the background of "one belt and one road",the economic structure of Guangxi has changed.More and more small and medium-sized enterprises are developing,and the secretaries have new development space,but at the same time,they have put forward higher requirements for the Secretary's professional ability and comprehensive quality.However,the secretarial specialty of secondary vocational schools in Guangxi is decreasing year by year,the number of employers willing to recruit secretaries with secondary vocational education in Guangxi is small,and the employment of secretarial students in secondary vocational schools is very difficult.All these signs indicate that the construction of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi is facing difficulties.Is the secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools not suitable for the needs of economic development being eliminated naturally? Does secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi have the value of continuing to develop?Where should the secretarial major of secondary vocational schools in Guangxi go? From this point of view,the present situation of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi is indeed worth exploring.At present,scholars at home and abroad have little research on Secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,only on Secretarial specialty and Higher Vocational Secretarial specialty.Starting from the current situation of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,this study will deeply analyze the causes of the current situation of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,and on this basis,make a preliminary discussion on the Countermeasures for the development of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi.First,by combing the relevant theoretical basis and research status of the development of secretarial specialty in secondary vocational schools in Guangxi,fully absorbing the existing research perspectives and methods,defining and analyzing the relevant concepts,and putting forward research ideas and methods.Secondly,by means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper makes an analysis of the survey results of the number of secondary vocational schools offering secretarial specialty,secondary vocational schools offering secretarial specialty,Secondary Vocational Secretarial students and employing units in Guangxi.The survey results show that the current situation ofthe development of Secondary Vocational Secretarial specialty in Guangxi is that the number of schools is small,the number of students is different,the source of teachers is complex,and the training is practical.Insufficient conditions,diversified employment posts for graduates,weak cultural foundation of students,clear learning objectives of students,students can master the basic knowledge and skills of junior secretaries,but it is difficult for them to master the basic knowledge and skills of senior secretaries.Employers tend to choose secretaries with higher vocational education and above,but they are more satisfied with secretaries with secondary vocational education.Employers consider secondary vocational education as their academic background.Secretaries are competent for basic posts and employers believe that some abilities of secondary vocational education secretaries need to be strengthened.The existing problems are that teachers' professionalism is not high,there is a big gap between the training environment and the actual work of secretaries,students' cultural literacy is weak,the employment rate of students' counterparts is low,and the reasons are unreasonable professional background of teachers and less experience of teachers' profession.The training base construction investment is insufficient,the training teaching mode is single,the students' cultural foundation is weak,the cultural courses are dull,and the ability of secretarial students in vocational schools is far from the needs of employers.Finally,this paper reviews the research results,summarizes the research,puts forward the innovative points of this study,and points out the shortcomings of this study.
