With the development of society,the status of secondary vocational education in China has been gradually improved,and it has also been attached great importance of the country.The purpose of setting up the relevant professional is to cultivate the talent who needs by the whole social.The social demand of secretarial talents is increasing recently.Therefore,it is necessary to study the teaching standards of secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools.The teaching standards of secretarial major not only should be obeyed strictly during the process of cultivating the secretarial talents which is issued by the ministry of education in secondary vocational schools,but also should adjusted dynamically according to the demand of vocational ability which is from the social economy.This paper researches and analyzes the professional teaching standards of secondary vocational schools which have the secretarial majors in YunNan province,and then compares them with the documents issued by the ministry of education.The purpose is to study the deficiencies of the current teaching standards of secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools in YunNan province and to offer some measures.The first part is the introduction.The aim of it is to clear the content and importance.Then the whole passage can be held better because of it.This part mainly expounds the research background and significance,defines the major concepts of secondary vocational education,secretary major in secondary vocational schools,professional teaching standards,training programs and professional ability.Then it summarizes the relevant researches on the teaching standards of secretary major at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis.This part finds the theory and method using in this part,reads some relative passages and makes a conclusion.It mainly explains the concept,methodology and development history of comparative pedagogy,and describes the analytical framework used in this paper.The third part is the specific elaboration on the establishment of professional teaching standards in secondary vocational schools.It mainly includes the factors which will influence its formulation and the principles which should be followed.The principles include goal-oriented principle,overall functional principle,applied skill principle and adaptive development principle.The fourth part is the main body of this paper.Due to the establishment of the secondary vocational schools teaching standards is based on social demands of vocational ability of secretary major graduates,so this part mainly analyzes the current social demand for secondary vocational school secretary professional graduates and the content of the secondary vocational school secretary professional teaching standards which is published by ministry of education in 2014.Then it compares the secretary professional teaching standards of secondary vocational school in YunNan province with the teaching standards of ministry of education from the following three aspects:training target,curriculum categories and professional certificate.And then,from a macro perspective,the specific teaching standards of secondary vocational schools are compared with the requirements of the society for secretairial professionals.Finally,the characteristics of colleges and universities are analyzed.The fifth part and the sixth part are the problems and solutions of the teaching standards of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools in Yunnan province,which have been obtained by analyzing and comparing the teaching standards.The followings are the existing problems of teaching standards in schools.They can conclude as:incomplete teaching standards and the lack of important elements;the unclear and specific standard expression and the barbarism of the words;the incoherence and differences between the standards of schools and social requirements.Based on the problems above,the following suggestions are proposed:pay attention to the fundamental function of the professional teaching standard and formulate it strictly according to the documents of the ministry of education,enhance the study of teaching standards of secretarial majors in secondary vocational schools,connect with social reality in YunNan and exert the unique feature of school.
