Research On The Construction Of First-class Disciplines In Local High-level Universities

Local Universities occupy a dominant position in China’s higher education system,which are the backbone of building a powerful country in higher education.As the vanguard of the local universities,the Local high-level Universities are the core and symbol of the local higher education system,and the key to strengthen the provincial higher education and the development team of China’s higher education.Strengthening the construction of Local high-level Universities is not only conducive to improving the strength of China’s higher education,but also have great significance to promoting regional economic development and improving the level of regional social services.At present,the "Double First-class" Policy in China has been continuously promoted,and the "Double First-class" Policy in local universities has been carried out one after another.It is an urgent and practical problem to discuss the construction of "Double First-class" in Local high-level Universities.As the core and foundation of "Double First-class" construction,the construction of First-class disciplines has become one of the important breakthrough points for Local high-level Universities to strive for "Double First-class" construction.Therefore,strengthening the construction of First-class disciplines is the key to the connotative construction and the enhancement of core competitiveness of Local high-level Universities.Under the background of "Double First-class" Policy,this paper focuses on the path of developing First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities with unique educational resources and development advantages.Based on the System theory,Organizational Ecology theory and New Public Governance theory,this paper selects Henan University as a case study,which is the typical of Local high-level Universities shortlisted for the construction of First-class disciplines.Through the analysis of the relevant historical and political background,the paper summarizes the construction of First-class disciplines in Henan University.On the basis of following the academic orientation and social demand-orientation of the construction of First-class disciplines,this paper further excavates and discusses the relevant experience of strengthening the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities,and puts forward the relevant strategies for the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities.This paper will expand from the following three aspects.First of all,through reading relevant literature,summarizing and analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities,so as to provide a basis for further exploring how to do a good job in the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities.Secondly,taking Henan University as an example,this paper explores and analyzes the construction background,plan and results of First-class disciplines construction in Henan University.The background of construction revolves around the historical background of school and disciplines construction.The construction program mainly focuses on the relevant policies of the national,provincial and school governments.The effectiveness of construction revolves around two dimensions: First,First-class disciplines(biology)is analyzed from eight aspects: teaching and personnel training,scientific research,discipline team construction,discipline organization construction,platform construction,international exchange and cooperation,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation.Second,the analysis of the driving effect of the construction of First-class disciplines on other disciplines and the whole school,which is mainly carried out around the construction of First-class disciplines ecosystem.Finally,according to the influencing factors of the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities,from the administrative level and disciplinary level of the whole school,this paper analyzes the enlightenment of the construction of First-class disciplines in Henan University to the construction of First-class disciplines in Local high-level Universities.
