The Current Status Of Physical Education And Development Strategy Researching In Hunan Independent College

Independent college is the component of higher education, and the set up pattern isthe exploration and innovation of higher education,and this kind of college is the growthof higher education.Hunan is one of the good educational provinces, which is full ofhigher education resources that can be good for the development of independentcollege.The article is focus on researching in six independent colleges locating on thecentral-east Hunan. Through the research we can find out the current situations ofPhysical Education in Hunan independent colleges, according to the current situationsthis article provides the basis and suggestions in order to reform physical education andupdate courses.This paper adopts the investigation methods of literature review, questionnairesurvey, expert interview, mathematics statistics, and logic analysis and so on. It ismainly focus on researching of the current status of Physical Education in teachinggoals, construction of PE courses, sports teacher-building, and students’ study aboutsports in Hunan independent institutes. By using Excel to make up the mathematicalanalysis and logic analysis can come up with the results, and they are as follows:1.someof school leaders don’t pay more attention at PE;2.setting of courses is unreasonable,short of studying years, boring teaching method, too many people in one class;3.theconstruction of teachers is not reasonable and their treatments is not too good, workinglong time, lack of enthusiasm in teaching;4.teaching equipment are reluctant to meetthe needs of learning, still cannot satisfy the physical education in needs;5.some ofstudents are negative in study Physical education, and don’t have a good habit inlearning PE.In connection with the current situations of independent colleges in Hunan, thispaper suggests some useful measures to develop Hunan’s independent colleges in thefuture. And the suggestions are：1. Improve the attention degree of school leaders andboard of directors to invest more money on education and build solo campus;2.increasestudying years, perfect courses setting, rich in teaching method and improve students’learning interesting;3.perfect the construction of teachers building, improve teachersprofessional quality, improve the treatment of teachers;4.according to the nationalstandards to build up the necessary sports facilities construction, improvement of schoolathletic ground;5.By organizing colorful PE activities, stimulating students subjectiveinitiation and enjoying in those activities so that students can develop a good habit forall their life time.
