Research On The Role Adaptation Of "Old Floating Family"

After entering the 21 st century,China's population has moved frequently.As the urbanization process accelerates,more and more people have joined the mobile army.The special group of “old drifters” is a new type of mobile group that emerged along with the young floating population and China's population policy,and its scale is increasing.The“old drifting family” has the dual nature of “old” and “drifting”.The opening of the labor market attracts more young people to invest in it.As a very important family function,the family has transferred its “parents” to many “old”.The "family" is to take care of the third generation of elderly people who came to the big cities with their children.This paper selects six “old drifters”from rural areas and three from town in Chengdu S community as the research object,based on the theory of social integration and social role theory,using the literature method to collect second-hand information,through field interviews.Way to start research.This paper briefly describes the current dilemma of “old drifting family”in role determination,role internalization and role practice,focusing on the influencing factors of“old drifting”role adaptation,from“institution-family-communityindividual ” four On the basis of this research,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the adaptation of the "old drifting" role are put forward.The results of the study are as follows: Firstly,in the process of adapting the role of the new citizen,the “old drifting family” has certain difficulties in the positioning,internalization and practice of its role.Secondly,it affects the adaptation process of the “old drifting” character.The factors mainly include four factors: system,community,family and individual.Specifically,it includes its own enthusiasm,the acceptance of community residents.Third,it is not enough to promote the role transformation and adaptability of the "old drifting family" only by stimulating the subjective initiative of the "old drifting family".It also needs the cooperation of the government,the community and the "old drifting family".Finally,the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the four levels of government,community,family and individual to promote the role of “old drifters”.
