President Xi emphasized:"We should persist in taking morality as the central link,run ideological and political work through the whole process of education and teaching,and realize the whole process and all-rournd education of people."Ideological and political courses is the main position of moral education for middle school students.On th e one hand,the teaching evaluation of ideological and political course is related to the development of middle school students.On the other hand,it has contact with teachers’ development as well.Effective teaching assessmen t of ideological and political course does good to both students’ learning and teachers’ teaching.Recently,"there are some drawbacks of teaching assessment for ideological and political course because of the misunderstanding of the nature of course,the restriction of traditional ideas and lacking of regular pattern of middle school students’ as well,which has caused some problems,such as the singleness of teaching assessment,the fossilization of the process of teaching assessment,the old-fashioned of assessment mode.In order to solve such difficult points,it is necessary to study the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching in middle school.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:the first part mainly expounds the background and significance of this paper,summarizes the lasted progress at home and abroad,introduces the ideas and clues for this paper,determines the content and method of this paper,proposes the main research results of this paper,and defines the relevant concepts.The second part mainly discusses the concept of effective assessment,as well as the concept of teaching assessment for ideological and political course for middle sch ool students.And the scientific,ideological and objective features of teaching assessment.Therefore,there guidance,feedback and inspiration as well as selection function are also engaged in this paper.The third part mainly comes through the analysis and reorganization of the data for the questionnaire,which concludes the investigation of both teachers and students from five schools in Luochuan County,Shaanxi province.The fourth part mainly aims at the problems existing in teaching evaluation and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part puts forward the effective strategy of improving the teaching evaluation of middle school ideological and political course,provides theoretical guidance for middle school teacing practice,which will truly improve the teaching quality of the course.
