In recent years,frequent incidents such as self-harm,suicide,homicide,and school bullying have highlighted the weakness of students' life consciousness and the lack of life education.The essence of education is to enhance the value of life.The task of education is to let students know how to do valuable and meaningful things in a short life.Therefore,life education of students is an indispensable part of education.The research content of biology includes two aspects of the law of life and the law of life activities.Therefore,infiltration of life education in the process of biology teaching has obvious advantages.As a biology teacher,it is our responsibility to infiltrate life education in the process of biology teaching,which will have a good and far-reaching impact on the healthy development of students' mind and body.By reading a large amount of relevant literature,based on the understanding of the status quo of life education at home and abroad,the author takes the five rural junior middle schools in Puding County,Guizhou Province as the research object,and through the questionnaire survey and experimental teaching,investigation on the current situation of infiltration of life education in junior middle school biology teaching in poverty-stricken areas of Puding County,and at the same time explore and sort out the knowledge points suitable for infiltration of life education in junior high school biology textbooks,and use a variety of teaching strategies to conduct practical research on infiltration life education for students in the process of biology teaching.The survey results of the teacher questionnaire and the student questionnaire show that the current situation of infiltration of life education in junior middle school biology teaching in poor areas is not optimistic.Only 15% of the teachers who often implement life education in the teaching process,through the investigation of the reasons hindering the implementation of life education,The results show that 100% of teachers believe that“constrained by exam-oriented education”and “training time”are the main reasons hindering the implementation of life education;Secondly,75% of teachers believe that“the lack of support from schools and parents”,“limited teaching conditions in poor areas” and“teachers' awareness of life education”are also the reasons that hinder the implementation of life education.However,from the perspective of the implementation of life education,teachers who infiltrate life education through teaching account for 75%,The teachers who conduct life education through relevant lectures,organization of discussion activities and video watching account for 5% and 10% respectively,it can be seen that the way of infiltrating life education in the teaching process is more recognized by most teachers.Students in poverty-stricken areas have a large lack of family education,students' life knowledge is relatively lacking,and students' attitude towards life is relatively negative,most students do not know how to be grateful to their parents.After the end of the experimental teaching,an independent sample T test was conducted for each dimension,and it was found that there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in various dimensions,especially in terms of life attitude and grateful parents,in which the P value of life attitude was 0.002< 0.01,the P value of the grateful parents is 0.006<0.01,and the experimental class is obviously superior to the control class.At the same time,the experimental class was analyzed before and after,and the results also showed significant differences in various dimensions.The P value in life knowledge was 0.039<0.05,and the P value in life attitude was 0.001<0.01,the P value of grateful parents is 0.001<0.01,indicating that after infiltrating life education in the process of biology teaching,the students in the experimental class have undergone significant changes at all levels.It can be seen that infiltrating life education in the middle school biology teaching process can improve students' awareness of life knowledge,enhance students' life consciousness,know how to be grateful to parents,make students care and respect their lives,and cherish the lives of others,thus reducing the occurrence of a life accident.
