| The informatization of pre-school education has become the time demand of improving the quality of preschool education as a whole in our country.In order to promote the informatization of pre-school education,it is very urgent to improve the information technology application ability of kindergarten teachers.In order to understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ information technology application ability,this study is based on the Standard of Information Technology Application ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers(trial)issued in 2014(reference to implementation in Kindergarten).The kindergarten teachers in D district of Anshun City were chosen as the research objects,and the research idea of "raising questions-analyzing problems-solving problems" were adopted.Using questionnaire investigation,interview,observation and case analysis were used to carry on the related research.First of all,investigating kindergarten teachers’ ability from the five dimensions,including technology and literacy,planning and preparation,organization and management,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development,and then analyzed the present situation of kindergarten teachers’ information technology application ability.Next,aiming at the current kindergarten teachers’ low awareness of information technology,weakly operate modern teaching media,the ability to integrate information technology with curriculum is limited,and the ability to evaluate and diagnose with information technology is not satisfactory.Taking advantage of the low enthusiasm of learning and development of information technology,the main influencing factors of the problems are as follows: kindergarten teachers’ own factors,garden management factors,government policy factors and training factors.Finally,aiming at the problems and causes of kindergarten teachers’ information technology application ability,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve kindergarten teachers’ information technology application ability : kindergarten teachers should develop actively;kindergarten teachers should strengthen information construction;government should actively support;reasonably carry out information technology training. |
