In the normal students' self-development of professional,self-consciousness of professional developmen is its internal subjective motivation,guiding,motivating,planning,regulating and supervising the self-growth and development of normal students.It is of great significance to the self-development of professional and the future teaching practice.In recent years,with the emphasis on teacher education in the country,the undergraduate normal university which are the main training bases for teachers,have taken on an arduous task.Therefore,how to promote the normal students' self-consciousness of professional development through external driving force of normal universities,so that the normal students can adapt to the requirements and development needs of high-quality teachers,becomes a problem worthy of deep thinking and research.The study compiled questionnaires and interview outlines based on the four dimensions of role cognition,role identification,self-regulation and professional self-esteem.Through a combination of questionnaires and interviews,a questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate students of four Normal Universities,In-depth interviews were conducted with the teachers of the seniors of Z Normal University and the teachers of the junior high school of F;to understand the current situation and existing problems of the normal students ' self-consciousness of professional development,and to analyze the reasons for the problems.The survey results show that the normal students' self-consciousness of professional development mainly has the following problems: the self-regulation ability of normal students is relatively poor,the level of junior high school students' self-consciousness of professional development is not high,and the educational practice fails to promote the significant improvement of the role of normal students.the level of normal students' self-consciousness of professional development in low grade schools needs to be improved,and the professional self-esteem of normal boys is relatively weak.The main reasons are: the cultivation of self-consciousness of professional development has not been paid attention to,Individuals lack the goals and initiatives self-development of professional,the school curriculum needs to be optimized,the school atmosphere affects the normal students' self-consciousness of professional development,and the social culture influences the professional self-esteem of male and female teachers.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the promotion strategy of promoting the normal students' self-consciousness of professional development from three aspects: First,adjust the training program and establish the concept of student consciousness,including: clear training objectives,paying attention to self-consciousness of professional development;balancing curriculum proportion,streamlining Subject professional courses;integrate curriculum content,strengthen comprehensive practical courses;improve evaluation system,focus on evaluation of diversity.The second is to attach importance to the cultivation process and develop students' awareness of ability,including: attaching importance to career planning,stimulating students' autonomy in learning;enhancing students' classroom participation,strengthening classroom teaching practice;guiding self-reflective learning and improving teacher teaching demonstration.The third is to build a campus culture and create an independent atmosphere for professional development,which mainly includes: improving the management system and exerting a supervisory role;strengthening the spiritual culture and exerting an infiltration effect;paying attention to image publicity and exerting an attractive role.
