As China's social development, urban vulnerable groups as a special group have become increasingly concerned. The so-called urban vulnerable groups, in short, is in the cities, weak ability to accumulate wealth, competitiveness of basic living and job, kinds of social rights serious deficiencies, and people who were poor of viability and risk-resistance capability . In China, due to the economic system transformation in recent years entered a crucial stage, the gap between the rich and the poor, the polarization of the emergence of laid-off workers and unemployed people increased, the slow growth of income of the farmers, the influx of city ever-increasing number of migrant rural workers, so that the vulnerable city Groups in the expanding, they have become the main cities of the vulnerable groups. Urban vulnerable groups was a "weak", there were many reasons for, but their own poor, low literacy levels, lack of competitive advantage is one very important respect. Community education for its people to meet the needs of the community, open classrooms, and other functions to resolve the vulnerable groups to continue their education, and has provided a good way to improve their own competitiveness. Therefore, this paper from the perspective of community education concerned on the problem of continued education of the urban vulnerable groups.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part explained the concept of urban vulnerable groups, characteristics, classification, causes , community education content, style and function. The second part introduced the foreign community education and there experience, development of Chinese community education and its shortages. The third part from the theoretical foundation, the analysis of the importance, analysis of feasibility to discuss how community education work on lifelong education of the urban vulnerable groups. The fourth part from various respects to carry out suggestions to resolve the lifelong education of the urban vulnerable groups by community education.
