Teacher professional identity is the dynamic psychological process of teacher's cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency,and it is the identity to the nature,content and value of teacher profession.As an important factor affecting the personal quality and the construction of teachers,it is directly related to the enthusiasm of teachers and the quality of education in colleges.The improvement of teachers' professional identity level is conducive to stimulating teachers' work enthusiasm,improving teachers' work efficiency,stabilizing teachers' work emotions,and facilitating the orderly and steady development of college.Based on the social identity theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this study analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of A university teachers' professional identity.The A University Teacher Professional Identity Questionnaire is revised and compiled using methods such as literature analysis.According to the principle of random sampling,some teachers of A University are selected as the research object of this paper.Through the distribution of paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires,the reliability and validity of the A-college teachers' professional identity questionnaire are completed with the exploratory factor analysis.This study uses SPSS25.0 software to explore the current situation and influencing factors of A college's teacher professional identity through descriptive statistical analysis,one-way ANOVA,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and it constructs the regression equation between teacher professional identity and the influencing factors.In order to improve the reliability of the research results,this paper combines the interview method to makes a supplementary research on the results of the questionnaire data analysis and the influencing factors.The conclusions of the study indicate that:(1)The professional identity of teachers in A university is generally at the upper-middle level.Among them,the role value score is the highest,and the occupational values score is the lowest;(2)Academic qualifications have a significant impact on teacher professional identity.Gender,age,professional title,position,annual income,and subject categories don't have a significant impact on teacher professional identity.In addition,interpersonal relationships,work,leadership management,teacher training,student situation and welfare treatment have a significant impact on teachers' professional identity.Relative to other factors,the school environment has not had a significant impact on teachers' professional identity.
