Not only the teachers are required to possess the solid Professional theoretical knowledge and skills but also the identity of teachers in thinking and behavior with the professional is emphasized in the process of teaching under new round basic educational reform on curriculum. To be future teachers, Normal University Students uncover the worse Teacher's Professional Identity and the period of accommodation from the speciality to the profession Etc., and this infuences the advance of the new curriculum deeply. This research explores tries hard to explore the characteristics of the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students , reflects on cultivation mode of Normal Universities with the breakthrough point of the the actuality and influencing factors the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students. This research not only improves the theory of the Teacher Education but also guides the practice of the cultivation of Normal University Students.This research attempts to integrate Qualitative and quantitative Research, make both Complement each other, and Integrate their advantages to explore the the actuality and influencing factors of Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students. On the basic of the investigate and Case Interview, this thesis stressly explore the different characteristics and the causes of formation of the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students: (1) the differences between Normal University Students and teachers in the overall level and the dimensionality level; (2) The grade difference and the causes of formation; (3) the differences of the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students on the condition of students whether pose duties, whether have different activities, and whether have different characters; (4) the differences of the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students on the condition of students with the different domestic economy and enrollment motivation. Then this research takes case of four Normal University Students with biggish differences to longitudinal study, adopts the quantitative Research, for example Case Interview and text analysis and so on, to analyse influence factors of the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students from the environment both the individual and organizational.On the basis of the investigation and longitudinal case study, the thesis discuss about questions, which be found in the process of the research: How does the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students come into being? What characteristics does the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students have? If it has use of build the bridge between Normal University Students and secondary schools to cultivate the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students? What do we should reflect on the cultivation objectives and specifications of Normal Universities?At the last, this thesis bring forward the Strategy to cultivate the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students. It is a systems engineering to to cultivate the Teacher's Professional Identity of Normal University Students, the suggestions are: first, build the well society fashion in respecting teachers and attach importance to education; second, put forward the countermeasure to cultivate the Teacher's Professional Identity of different colonies of Normal University Students; third, the all and the one, program Course Construction and Teaching Reformation; fourthly, pay attention to scientific research and reflection ability; fifthly, innovate the practical mode of Normal University Students.The last part of the thesis, concluding remarks point out the conclusions of the research work. because the research work has complexity and biggish diffculty, many pursuit has to be probed into.
