Youth is the hope of the future development of the nation,which is the hope of the future development of the nation.The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out: "if the young generation has ideals,abilities and responsibilities,the country will have a future,and the nation will have hope.Chinese Dream is historical,realistic,and future.It is our generation,and even more,the younger generation." Chinese Dream,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,will eventually become a reality in the relay struggle of generations of young people.The content of the19 th CPC National Congress is enough to illustrate the importance of young people,and the definition of youth has been changing with the change of political,economic and sociocultural environment in different societies all over the world.In 17 years,the World Health Organization(World Health Organization,)defined the 15-44-year-old group as young,the United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO)designated 16-45-year-old young people,and China's National Bureau of Statistics(NBS)stipulated 15-34-year-old young people.The Communist Youth League of China stipulates 14-28-year-old young people,the Youth Federation stipulates 18-40-year-old young people,and so on.As a major group in the youth period,college students are undoubtedly the backbone of the future social construction.Their physical quality is related to the progress of our future society,the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.However,the results of the 2014 National students' physique and Health Survey report are not optimistic.Professor Xing Wen hua,head of the National physical Health Research Group,pointed out: although students' physical healthhas shown a trend of improvement in general,there are also some problems at the same time,mainly: the physical quality of college students continues to show a downward trend.The detection rate of poor eyesight and obesity is high,and it is accompanied by the trend of continuing to develop to younger age.Wait.In addition,from 1985 to2014,the results of many national physique monitoring reports reflect the declining trend of college students' physical fitness,and the problem of college students' physical fitness has become a serious social problem.Therefore,the whole society should pay more attention to the improvement of college students' physical quality,especially the physical education in schools.Physical education in colleges and universities is the systematic physical education in the last stage before most college students go to society.If they can make use of it efficiently and reasonably,it can not only improve and improve the physical quality of college students,but also improve their physical quality.It can also play a vital role in the cultivation of college students' lifelong sports habits and abilities.Can make college students "post-student era" of the body mass can be guaranteed.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to study the application of ten-step teaching method in tennis elective courses in colleges and universities.The purpose of this study is to explore the physical fitness,tennis skills and sports attitude of ten-step teaching method to tennis zero-basic college students.Whether the comprehensive ability has a positive effect can further improve the physical quality and physical exercise habit of college students,and lay a foundation for lifelong physical education.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,experiment and so on,this paper randomly selects six natural classes for male tennis students of grade 2018 of Taiyuan University of Technology,and divides the six classes into experiments under the condition that there is no difference between the tests.Group(75 subjects)and control group(75 persons)were given a one-semester teaching experiment.By analyzing the test data of the two groups of students before and after the experiment,the results are as follows:1,the two groups of students in the special quality test indicators arebetter than before the experiment,but statistical students after the experiment measured indicators,the two groups of students in one minute push-ups,standing long jump,fan run,2.4km running four consecutive events,There was significant difference(P < 0.05).2,the two groups of students in tennis special technical differences.For example:(1)the average score of the experimental group was 71.58 points,and that of the control group was 40.64 points(P < 0.05).(2)the scores of forehand straight line,forehand oblique line,backhand straight line and backhand oblique line in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and in the forehand line,forehand oblique line,backhand line and backhand oblique line were better than those in the control group.3The scores of forehand and backhand line pairs in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(4)in the aspect of serving,the serve score of the experimental group was 63.33 points,and that of the control group was 37 points,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).5 in the technical action evaluation,the experimental group scored 14.71 points,and the control group score22.56 points,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).(3)in tennis learning interest,comprehensive ability(self-study self-training ability and cooperation ability),teaching method feedback,sports attitude(tennis participation,learning attitude,interpersonal communication,learning atmosphere)in the experimental group.The results were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.01).(4)in the internal dimensions of sport motivation,self-confidence and tennis interest,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).On the internal dimensions of subjective effort,interpersonal relationship,emotion and anxiety,the difference between the two groups was more obvious,(P < 0.01).The following conclusions have been reached:(1)The application of the ten-step teaching method to tennis elective courses in colleges and universities can greatly improve the students' physical fitness,whether in the aspects of upper limb strength,lower limb explosive force,speed,agility,coordination,endurance,etc.The test results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.(2)The application of the ten-step teaching method can stimulate the students' interest in learning and the initiative and enthusiasm of the exercise to a great extent,and change the students' attitude towards physical education,which is of great significance for the students to develop the consciousness of lifelong physical exercise.At the same time,it can effectively improve the effect of PE classroom teaching.(3)The ten-step teaching method can improve students' personality and interpersonal relationship,and improve students' self-confidence effectively.It is of long-term significance to the development of students.At the same time,it is necessary to further optimize the technical action norms in order to serve the college students better in the teaching of tennis elective courses in colleges and universities.The following recommendations are made:(1)Interest is the best teacher.In the teaching of zero-based tennis beginners,the teaching purpose should be based on happiness and cultivation of students' interests,so that students can enjoy sports and get education in pursuit of fun.The teaching equipments and concepts used in the ten-step teaching method are easier for beginners to understand and accept.For the students who have a certain tennis foundation,the purpose is to standardize technical movements and improve the technical level.In teaching,the wrong actions should be corrected in time.In improving stage,the multi-ball training method should be adopted to deepen the muscle memory so as to improve the level of sports and the needs of teaching process.Differentiate treatment and adopt teaching methods that are really suitable for teaching groups.(2)Comrade Jiang Ze min said that "Innovation is the soul of continuous progress",which is the same for college teachers.Innovation is the soul of teachers' progress,and it is also the permanent motive force for teachers to advance.Therefore,this requires teachers to often "go out and invite in",expand their horizons,come into contact with neweducational concepts and teaching methods,and combine some excellent and advanced tennis teaching methods with the actual situation of the school.In order to improve the teaching quality of tennis elective course,the tennis elective course is introduced into the classroom.(3)Learning is a lifelong thing.As an educator,we should set up the goal of lifelong learning.In addition,in teaching,we should always take students' all-round development as the first key point,try to help students develop the habit of active exercise,lay a good foundation for their lifelong sports,and then truly realize the great goal of "50 years of healthy work and a happy life for the country".
