The Application Research Of The Improved Ten-step Teaching Method In The Tennis Elective Courses In Colleges And Universities

Tennis is a beautiful and intense sports,with the development of tennis in China,the situation is getting better and better,and the number of people involved is getting more and more,since the tennis lessons into the campus,a number of students of all ages take part in it especially.Due to tennis technique which needs professional skill,it fits more difficult,so many beginners have various problems in the beginning and cause themselves interests loosing.Fast and stay tennis ten step teaching method is a kind of guide beginners introductory teaching method,it has fun and happy characteristic,and emphasizes the beginner's own feeling,especially can make quick access to the competition pattern,and has the cultivation of tactical awareness.Compared with the conventional teaching method,it's technique neglected.Ten step teaching method in this paper,the author explores the modified,trying to combine the conventional teaching method and ten step teaching method,and making the beginners in the induction phase can not only get the experience of physical and mental pleasure,but does learn some tennis technology.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.This experiment choices tennis elective classes in southwestern university of finance and economics as experimental object,and choices two classes as the control group in order to respectively adopt the conventional teaching methods and ten step teaching method.Among them,one?the experimental group,contains ten step teaching method after improved,and the author conduct the homogeneity testing for all groups before the experiment beginning,conduct the technical inspection after the experiment ending.Thus the author will make the conclusion.(1)Among the conventional teaching method ten steps,ten step teaching method,improved teaching method in terms of positive and backhand base line control,improved ten step teaching method is better than the others.(2)Among the conventional teaching method ten steps,ten step teaching method,improved teaching method in the aspect of netting to pull the ball,modified ten step teaching method is better than the rest two methods.(3)Among the conventional teaching method ten steps,ten step teaching method,improved teaching skills assessment in the movement,the author will conclude traditional teaching method is better than the other two methods.(4)Among the conventional teaching method ten steps,ten step teaching method,improved teaching method in teaching evaluation,ten step teaching method after improved will be better than the other two methods.
