A Study On The Resource Symbiosis Model Of Local Sports Events During Urban Transformation

In this paper,the symbiotic characteristics of the "City Cup" basketball game in Yangquan city,Shanxi Province,are taken as the topic,which is to compare the characteristics of the symbiotic mode of local basketball events with sports events resources in Yangquan city under the background of the transformation and development strategy of resource-exhausted cities in China with a top-down spatial perspective.Yangquan city is a typical resource-dependent city.The economic mode of mainly processing coal and other mineral resources and primary raw materials leads the rise and fall of Yangquan city.The "City Cup" basketball game grew out of local prosperity.However,the excessive exploitation of resources,single industrial structure and extensive development mode finally lead to the slowdown of the urban development of Yangquan city,which affect the development of local basketball in large extent.In 2004,the Work report of government affairs and the 11 th five-year plan of the CPC central committee put forward the strategy of transformation and development of resource-exhausted cities.A series of comprehensive transformation has been launched in Yangquan city,and so didthe l organization and management of local "City Cup"basketball game path transformation,leading to “City Cup"basketball games and related events resources characteristics of the symbiotic development model,and then through a series of transformation will change sports brand competition "City Cup"basketball game into a $3 million market value,connecting urban area,mining area,and rural population in Yangquan citymore than 20 and booming the resources.In order to build transformation plan for the sports events in transformation of resources city and symbiotic mode characteristics of sports event resources,this study takes "City Cup" basketball game in Yangquan City as an example,from the perspective of sports organization and management,the symbiosis theory,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process is adapted to study the transformation path of "City Cup" basketball game and the relevant local sports resources characteristics of symbiotic development under the transformation of Yangquan city in the central committee of the communist party of China called on the strategic guidance.Emphasizing "City Cup" basketball game organization and how the change of management model as a direct result of its relevant event resources symbiotic mode from the asymmetry of the "primary symbiosis" to "asymmetrical symbiosis with symmetry mutualism in the middle of the state" the transformation of the process,in order to transformation of resources city in China's local sports organization and management mode to provide constructive opinion.
