Research On Anxiety Levels Of “Top-Notch Training” Students In Terms Of Social Work

With the development of society,The psychological status of college students has become the focus of attention of all sectors of society.Anxiety has also become the focus of college students' psychological situation,Affected the daily life and study of college students Seriously.The year of 2009,The Ministry of Education and Organization Department of the CPC Central Committeeand the Ministry of Finance officially launched the "top-notch training Program",the same year,LZ University established CY College,Through daily observation and scale evaluation,it is found that the anxiety problem of “Top-notch Training” students is more serious.This article uses interviews and questionnaires to find out the anxiety and needs of “Top-notch Training” students.The study found that the degree of anxiety of“ top-notch plan ” students is generally higher,higher than the national norm level.There is a difference in anxiety between different groups of students in the“Top-notch Training” students.The anxiety of boys is higher than that of girls.The higher the grade,the higher the anxiety.From a professional perspective,the degree of anxiety from high to low is chemistry,physics,literature,mathematics,philosophy,history,and biology.The main reason is summarized as:First,the“Top-notch Training”students have difficulty in the process of selection and training,high academic performance requirements,extensive training mode requirements,and good graduation requirements.Second,the higher the grade level of the “top-notch plan”,the more in-depth the training process and the more requirements.Third,girls are relatively older than boys.Fourth,chemistry and physics are experimental subjects.Through a large number of experiments,scientific research results can be made,and the requirements are relatively high.The literary students face relatively higher academic pressure.This study carried out case work and group work for college students with high levels of anxiety.The results show that case work and group work effectively reduce the anxiety level of these students,and it is necessary,feasible and effective for social work to intervene in the anxiety problem of college students.
