The smooth realization of building a strong socialist modernization country and a well-off society requires all kinds of talents to participate in various kinds of national construction and innovation,shorten regional economic differences,promote industrial upgrading,and provide inexhaustible impetus for the rapid development of China's military,scientific and technological,economic and other aspects.All provinces and municipalities in China have formulated new talent policies in accordance with their own development needs and financial strength.They have introduced a number of preferential policies in attracting,employing and cultivating talents,trying to attract,cultivate and retain talents.In this context,talent policy performance evaluation has become the focus of attention of governments at all levels.The main problem studied in this paper is the performance evaluation of Yunfu's talent policy,that is,to evaluate the performance of Yunfu's talent policy,and to explore the main reasons affecting the policy performance,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures to provide experience for the introduction of talent policy in the future.In this paper,the Key Indicator Method is used as the core method of evaluation.In the selection of key indicators,Delphi method is used to screen out the first-level and second-level key indicators from four aspects: the total amount of talents,the development of talents themselves,the efficiency of employing units,and the promotion of social and economic development.The Delphi method is also used to distribute the weight of indicators.Use these two methods to form a relatively scientific performance evaluation system.In the implementation of the evaluation,the main data are from questionnaires,interviews and official data.Through the evaluation,the final score of Yunfu City's talent policy performance evaluation is 3.7,which has a good effect.Finally,according to the problems reflected in the evaluation process,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the performance of Yunfu City's talent policy.
