This paper mainly takes X County Y County of M Province as an example,This paper mainly takes X County of M Province as an example,analyzes the background,present situation and trend of the development of secondary vocational schools in the poor counties of China from different levels,and puts forward some specific development strategies.The full text first elaborated the impoverished area,the national impoverished county,the vocational and technical education,the secondary vocational school’s meaning,laid the theoretical foundation for the follow-up discussion.Then take county Y as an example,starting with the macro environment,such as political environment,economic environment,cultural environment,technological environment and educational environment,as well as geographical location,education situation,infrastructure,economic situation,etc.The development environment of the only secondary vocational school in this county is analyzed,and the overall environment of Y county is summarized.The external environment of the school is comprehensively analyzed,and then the internal environment of the secondary vocational school is expounded.Teaching resources,professional characteristics,employment and education,cultural conditions were comprehensively introduced.Although the development of secondary vocational schools in Y County is still good,due to the constraints of the local economy and the source of students and the key influence of the tradition of preference for boys over girls,the scale of running schools in this county needs to be further expanded.Professional settings can not be combined with Y County characteristics,teachers need to be strengthened.In order to explore the reasons,this paper analyzes the important factors from nature,society,culture,government,market and so on.In view of the fact that the enrollment situation will reflect the current situation of school development to some extent,this paper selects the fixed assets,the number of majors,the number of teaching staff,the number of enterprise cooperation and the employment situation of secondary vocational schools in Y County as the research factors,and establishes the mathematical model.The binary linear regression equation y=208.183+0.146x1+3.275x2 and the unitary linear regression equation y=268.536+0.275x1 are obtained.It is found that there is a linear relationship between the fixed assets and the number of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools,especially the fixed assets of schools have the greatest influence on the enrollment,followed by the number of teaching staff.In addition,the number of secondary vocational school employment,professional settings,enterprise cooperation will also affect the enrollment situation,but this impact does not show a linear relationship.Based on the analysis of the problems in the development of secondary vocational schools and the main influencing factors found in modeling,this paper puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions:First,strengthen the government macro-control,give full play to the autonomy of secondary vocational schools;Second,the enterprises actively participate in,and strive to create a good external environment;Third,improve the teaching and talent training model;Fourth,strengthen brand marketing and so on.And from the point of view of the government,schools and students,the improvement requirements are put forward:That is,the government should strengthen macro-control,from the policy support,education funds,personnel management,the proportion of general staff reform;The secondary vocational school should pay attention to the idea of running a school,not forget the original idea,innovate the teaching mode to expand the student resource,combine with the local teaching characteristic,set up the specialty scientifically,strengthen the teacher training to encourage the teacher to study;Students should cultivate their own correct concept of talent,employment,and so on.Only by implementing various methods together,can we promote the development of secondary vocational schools in Y County,change the career of students in Y County,and promote the harmonious development of society.
