With the rapid development of society,economy and Science and technology in recent years,people pay more attention to the improvement of education quality and teachers' quality.Under this background,the teachers' work pressure and the sense of anxiety about work are increasing day by day.Especially when primary school teachers,the face of the group is primary school students,primary school students are at the stage of mental development.Therefore,the primary school teachers' emotional management ability will affect the physical and mental development of the education object.Therefore,the emotional management of teachers is becoming more and more important.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper takes the primary school teachers of four Nankai District Primary schools in Tianjin as the research object,drawing on the existing research,from the six dimensions of emotion perception,emotion expression,emotion adjustment,emotion application,emotion control and emotion evaluation,this paper makes a questionnaire investigation on the current situation of emotion management of primary school teachers:1.From the overall emotional level of primary school teachers,primary school teachers emotional management status in a relatively good state.2.From the point of view of whether or not the teacher in charge of a class,the non-teacher in charge of a class is inferior to the teacher in charge of a class in emotional awareness and emotional expression.3.In the dimension of emotional expression,the younger the age,the better the emotional expression.In the dimension of emotional adjustment,the younger the age,the better the emotional adjustment.4.From the difference of working years,the shorter the working years,the better the emotion expression.5.From the perspective of the gender difference of teachers,female teachers have more advantages than male teachers.6.From the degree of education,undergraduate teachers' emotion management is better.7.From the perspective of the degree of teachers' professional title,from the overall level of emotion management,the new teachers' emotional management level will be slightly higher than other teachers' professional title.The other dimensions of emotional management level according to the degree of high to low order: Junior,intermediate,junior,senior.8.From the difference of teaching subjects,the general level of emotion management of teachers in other subjects is higher than that of teachers in Chinese,mathematics and English.That is,the less teaching tasks,the less stress,the better emotional state.On the basis of the questionnaire investigation on the current situation of emotion management of primary school teachers,the author conducted an in-depth interview to find out the reasons leading to the current situation of emotion management of primary school teachers,and combined with the results of the questionnaire investigation and interview,to analyze the existing problems and reasons of primary school teachers' emotion management,the reasons are as follows:lack of training in emotional management of teachers,high or low salary and unit welfare affect teachers emotional management status,various pressures affect teachers emotional management status,public opinion and teachers' mentality affect teachers emotional management status.Based on the above analysis,this paper from the personal level and the level of the school and higher departments to set out to enhance the emotional management ability of primary school teachers countermeasures to promote the emotional management ability of primary school teachers.As an individual teacher,we should actively deal with the state of personal emotional management and enhance the sense of professional well-being.At the same time,we should also strengthen the cultivation of teachers' ethics,learn to think in the same position,love teachers' career,and constantly update our ideas and educational concepts,to understand the importance of their own emotional management development,schools and their superior departments should strengthen the curriculum training to enhance teachers' emotional management ability,and provide a communication platform for teachers to help them release emotional stress.
