New Managerialism In Project Emplementation

This study is about the author’s implementation of a small period of what is perceived and heard as a source of case data,presenting the technical details of the first-line practice of the social work project "performance" process during her summer internship.This paper analyzes the project execution experience through the research methods of practitioners,which also borrow the theoretical perspective of the new managerialism.This research is composed of three parts: introduction,description and analysis of project execution process,and research conclusions.The description and analysis of project execution processes are described and analyzed depending on the process of project execution.During the execution of the project,the clear request of the contractor must be“strictly implemented” in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.However,the contractor does not have the matching “strictly” evaluation mechanism,which is intended to guide the executive to self and self-supervision during the execution of the project.The respondent’s response is to offer the corresponding information according to the specific requirements of the contractor.“How to achieve the standard” and “how to complete the task at the procedural level” have become the most concerned issues for front-line social workers.As a result,the implementation of the first-line project has becomeparticularly technical and streamlined,presenting the new managerialism.Through this research,it is found that the execution of the project has multiple levels because of the unique attributes of the contract and the contract.Actually,this contract for the project is a gapped relationship contract which is waiting to be perfected.In the process of performance,the contract is established both in the environment of government outsourcing projects and in the community management system;the social worker who executes the project is the execution of the project.They are also social workers under the community management system.Therefore,“Game” and “Answer” run through the entire project execution process.In describing the real scene of project execution,which shows a new socialist service project under the influence of new managerialism is presented in this actual report.
