The problem of school failure has been widely concerned and recognized.Behind the appearance of poor grades in school,these children are in different situation.Some of them are shy or irritable,they can not develop social activities or make appropriate behaviors in social situation,so they do not have good peer relationship and they are lonely in school.We named this as bad peer relationship.The school failure children who do not have good peer relationship usually lack peer support and opportunities to learn from each other.It is harder for them to dislodge negative emotions,to get recognition and encouragement.All of these make it hard for these children to solve the problem of school failure.The research use sociality training to solve bad peer relationship of school failure students under the strengths perspective.I work with a social institution which focused on community service in S city.In the community,I recruit 5 group members through recommendation by social workers and initiative entering.On one hand,the research accomplish social skills training through eight part of activities in two months which concluding understanding and managing our emotions,interpreting and understanding the emotions of others,making correct choice of action,seting and completing goals.On the other hand,training the pro-social behavior of team members through set and achieve social goals.By summarizing and analyzing the process and effect of the group activity,The results showed that the group activity of sociality training are attractive to school failure students.Group members are able to integrate into the group and maintain a good interaction.Through the group activity,social skills can be improved and peer relationship can be improved.offensive children are important beneficiaries of the group.
