Adopting the quantitative research method, choosing the urban migrant children as study objects, and directed by the looking-glass self theory, social learning theory and personality development theory, the study collects data from the aspects of peer communication’s depth and breadth, peer conflict, peer cooperation and peer support; analyzes the problems exist in the urban migrant children. The study discovers that the communicate objects of urban migrant children are few, consisting with almost same sex and the relation of region. The communication between urban migrant children and peers is very lack, and the content is playing. Their ability of conflict resolution and cooperation need to be improved. Considering about the problems of urban migrant children, the research chooses the group work method to help them develop peer relations based on communication skills and principle, the sense of teamwork and conflict resolution. The results show that the urban migrant children have improved in communication, cooperation and conflict resolution. At last, the study proposes suggestions from the aspects of how to promote peer communication.
