A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Enrollment In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hubei Province

It is well known that higher vocational education is one of the important components of higher education in our country.It has the most direct and close relation with local economic construction.And it is an important way for science and technology to be transformed into productive forces.However,today,the difficulty of enrollment has become a major problem to be solved in many higher vocational colleges in China.Based on this,the author chooses this topic as the research direction,and on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the related theories and research results of the predecessors,the author makes a relatively in-depth discussion on the overall problems and countermeasures in the study of higher vocational education enrollment in China.This paper takes Xiang yang Vocational and Technical College as the main research object,and hopes that we can have a relatively full understanding of the overall environment of enrollment in higher vocational colleges in China by using various research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey and interview method.And from this,we find out the concrete countermeasures that can effectively alleviate and even cope with the problem of "difficulty in enrollment" in higher vocational colleges in China.This paper takes the problems and countermeasures of higher vocational recruitment in Hubei province as the research topics,and the Xiang yang vocational and technical college as the research sample,under the support of the basic theory of domestic and foreign scholars research,from the perspective of empirical research,and comprehensively uses the questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods.It is hoped that we can find some practical and effective measures for the "difficulty of enrollment" in the field of higher vocational education in China,and play a useful guiding role for the smooth implementation of enrollment work in many higher vocational colleges in China.The article is divided into six chapters.The specific research content of each chapter is as follows: The first chapter is the introduction part.This chapter mainly expounds the research background,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and research methods of the article.The second chapter makes a brief statement on the current situation of higher vocational enrollment in Hubei Province,including the policy environment for higher vocational enrollment,the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of higher vocational enrollment compared to other types of college enrollment,and the specific forms used in higher vocational enrollment.The third chapter describes the problems faced in the process of enrollment of higher vocational education in Hubei Province in a relatively detailed way,and discusses the problems existing in the current environment of enrollment of higher vocational education in China,taking Xiang yang Vocational and Technical College as an example.For example,the issue of the quantity of students,the quality of students,and even the extremely fierce competition for enrollment.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the difficulty of enrollment in Xiang yang Vocational and Technical College from the aspects of the development of higher vocational education in Hubei Province,the number of students and the problems existing in higher vocational colleges.The fifth chapter puts forward the concrete measures to promote the overall environment improvement of higher vocational enrollment in Hubei Province,including making every effort to improve the relevant laws and regulations on higher vocational enrollment;Strengthen propaganda and change the public's perception of higher vocational education;Strengthen the strength of running schools and improve the training level of talents;Chapter six summarizes the full text.Through the current situation investigation and analysis,this paper summarizes the historical experience and provides theoretical support for the development of higher vocational education enrollment.Through comparative research,learning and learning from the successful experience of the development of vocational education enrollment in other parts of China,some constructive opinions on the development of higher vocational education enrollment are put forward.The author tries to discuss the problems from the depth and breadth,so as to lay the foundation for the future research and provide a systematic way of thinking.Because the thesis is based on the theoretical discussion of the more typical enrollment problems in higher vocational education,it is timely and targeted,so it can provide reference for the relevant departments when formulating policies.The measures put forward in this paper to promote the improvement of the overall environment of higher vocational education will also contribute to
