A Study On The Development Strategy Of Yingcheng Foreign Language School

In the age of knowledge and information,the education industry is rising rapidly with the development of the economy.Under the background of vigorously advocating cultural confidence,improving the quality of citizens and establishing a learning society,the education industry is facing great changes,and the education industry will usher in a new development after a period of great development.Guided by the theory of enterprise strategy,this paper applies classical strategic analysis tools to discover existing problems of Yingcheng foreign language school.Then made a comprehensive analysis of the external and internal environment of the Yingcheng foreign language school Firstly,this paper analyze the Yingcheng foreign language school from the aspect of PEST model,including the industry competition situation and competitiveness analysis,benchmarking the Yingcheng foreign language school with the leader of the educational industry.Then,it expounds the internal conditions for the development of Yingcheng foreign language school and analyzes the school from three parts which are human resources,financial resources and technological resources.Finally,we find the development strategy of Yingcheng foreign language school through SWOT analysis,seizing the external opportunities and improving our own defects,and establishing the future development strategy.The goal of the school is to establish an integrated,scientific and international educational school.Yingcheng foreign language school has adopted four major strategic safeguard measures.They are to strengthen the quality construction of teachers' team,renew teaching ideas,set up incentive mechanism,integrate branding and resources integration to ensure effective implementation of strategy.Through the analysis of this article,Yingcheng foreign language school can find its own suitable space for development.Continuous promote the implementation of educational reform and improve the quality of education to provide better quality education for students,to provide more security for parents,to provide more talented people for the society and create more pillars of society for the country.
