Historical Investigation And Contemporary Enlightenment Of College Counselor System Since Reform And Opening Up

Since the reform and opening up,the college counselor system has been restored and developed,and many valuable practices and experiences have been accumulated in practice.Through historical investigation,this study clarifies the basic connotation of college counselor system,sorts out the development process of college counselor system since reform and opening up,and provides experience enlightenment for the construction of college counselor system.This study uses literature research method and historical analysis method to sort out the development course of college counselor system.It is considered that since the reform and opening up,its development is divided into five stages: the initial recovery stage,this stage is mainly to restore and rebuild the team of political counselors,and clarify the requirements and development direction of political counselors.In the basic sound stage,the specific content system of college counselor system is formed preliminarily.In the improvement and optimization stage,the introduction of the "2+3" postgraduate counselor system has enriched the content system of the college counselor system and strengthened the work team of counselors.In the stage of scientific development,it has strengthened the ranks of special and professional training of college counselors,standardized and improved the training system,the implementation of institution building self-examination.The stage of strengthening and perfecting stage,since the Party's 18,the Party and the state have provided a strong policy guarantee for the innovation and development of college counselor system.After examining and analyzing the history of college counselor system in China since the reform and opening up,it is believed that the construction of college counselor system should be promoted in the following four aspects:1.Strengthen the top-level design of the college counselor system,and clearly strengthen the basis,principles and problems to be solved in the top-level design.2.Optimizing the content system of college counselor system in practice.3.Improve the system of college counselor support system,improve its organizational security,environmental security and protection disciplines.
