Geometry,as one of the contents of mathematics courses,is an indispensable part of the four major areas of mathematics learning in the compulsory education stage.As a tool to recognize,describe and connect with real space,it is the most intuitive part of mathematics and is closely related to our real life.Up to now,the reform and opening up has passed more than 40 years.In the past 40 years,my country's basic education curriculum has made brilliant achievements through continuous reform and development.The geometry curriculum reform is also the focus of the reform of the calendar and mathematics curriculum.Every curriculum reform is accompanied by the improvement and improvement of teaching materials.development of.Textbooks are the tangible product of curriculum reform.The selection of geometry course content and the way of presentation in textbooks are all issues to be considered in the layout of textbooks.By analyzing the geometry content in the textbooks in different periods,we found out the internal laws of geometry curriculum reform and the layout of textbooks,so as to provide references for the development of geometry courses.Taking the longitudinal development as a clue,this research divides the 40 years of reform and opening up into four periods: 1978 ? 1990;1991 ? 2000;2001 ? 2010;2010?present.Based on the primary school mathematics syllabus(curriculum standard),a set of textbooks are selected for each period,and a total of four representative sets of primary school mathematics textbooks issued by the People's Education Edition are selected as the carrier,using the literature method,content analysis method,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method.The three dimensions of content selection,layout system,and presentation methods explore the evolution of mathematics and geometry courses in primary schools in my country over the past 40 years of reform and opening up and the characteristics of textbook layout.The presentation methods are studied and analyzed from three aspects: introduction,sample exercises,and presentation methods.The research found that: geometry courses are becoming more and more student-oriented;geometry courses are becoming more and more systematic and coherent;geometry courses are paying more and more attention to the development of students' abilities;geometry courses are getting closer to the reality of life;geometry courses are gradually moving towards educating people As the goal.The enlightenment is obtained from this: geometry teaching should respect the student's dominant position;geometry teaching should pay attention to the systematic of geometry knowledge;geometry teaching should emphasize the development of students' abilities;geometry teaching should be good at linking with the reality of life;dig out the educational elements of geometry courses.
