In 1995,UNESCO published “Policy Paper For Change And Development in Higher Education” suggested that: at the times when the equation 'degree = job' no longer applies,higher education is expected to produce graduates who can be not only job seekers but also successful entrepreneurs and job creators.After that,entrepreneurship education has attracted great attention in China.Today,entrepreneurship education has gradually been expressed by innovation entrepreneurship education,and has become the hot topic in academic circles.In the background of national economic transformation and graduates surge,entrepreneurship education and innovation entrepreneurship education gives new thoughts to how colleges and universities could serve society;both theory and practice are undergoing.To combine hot spot and personal academic interests,the author selected innovation entrepreneurship education as the theme of this study.The study has four sections.The first section is the study of innovative entrepreneurship education,consists of two parts.The first part is the premise,the author through literature analysis to confirm innovation entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial education have concept combination,to ensure that the premise can hold up.The back part use three angles analyze difference between entrepreneurship education and innovation entrepreneurship education.The three angles are: Basic unit of word formation,Rules of word combination and Word formation and definition.This part concludes the true meaning of innovation entrepreneurship education.The second section mainly combed the history of innovation entrepreneurship education.An entrepreneurship education thought was brought up In the 1930 s and 1940 s because of university graduates employment issues.After the reform and opening-up policy,university graduates employment issues appeared again and so was the thoughts.With lots of help entrepreneurship education is transforming into innovation entrepreneurship education.The third section focus about the local practice of innovation entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of sampled colleges and universities,it is found that innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is carried out in an uneven way.There are two tendencies in practice: innovation and education.In the fourth section,the author draws the following conclusions based on the previous three sections: innovation entrepreneurship education is a social and historical phenomenon with local particularity;the change from entrepreneurship education to innovation entrepreneurship education indicates the change from educational value orientation of social standard theory to the value orientation of individual standard theory.Innovation entrepreneurship education should return to education and teaching.
